Excellent afternoon tea! Adel was an excellent host, informative, friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful afternoon tea, all the food was absolutely delicious! My sister loved her gluten free version too. Hotel was beautiful and immaculately clean. Just perfect.

We have had two nights in Aviator hotel, the very first item I noticed was the checking in at reception more importantly is just how well you were made to feel, as well as three receptionist making sure if there were many arrivals at once they could meet demand. From the start all of the staff gave you a greeting on sight. The excellent standard permeated itself wherever you are, the waiters male hold the trays and the ladies place them on the table; unique, the food is excellent, and the breakfast is better than most hotels, who have cut staff to the bone, by introducing coffee and tea vending machines, I was in a hotel last week and they only had two members of staff as they did not require anymore as the customers did everything themselves unlive the Aviator hotel that has a multitude of staff to assist the customer, I could go on but it would become boring.

Just what me and my wife needed! We are two carers for our special needs boys and this was our night off from our caring roles! We had looked up the best hotels close to where we live so we weren’t too far if we needed to head home and the Aviator hotel came up. We read the reviews ourselves and looked at photos and I can honestly say that it really is an excellent hotel and worth the reviews and more! The staff made us feel cared for and looked after and the suite we had was beautiful! The bed was so comfy and the food delicious! The staff in the restaurant took care of us so well, especially as my wife has many allergies and made sure her meal was just as tasty as mine. Such amazing value for money! My friends and I had an amazing time. Adele who hosted our party was so lovely. She is so knowledgeable about the teas and nothing was too much trouble. She made the whole experience special. The food was so delicious with attention to detail. Would definitely recommend and we will be back. Also the area where we had our tea is so comfortable and elegant. Thank you

We went here for Sunday lunch for an early Mother's Day. The service was lovely to start with, very attentive, however there must have been a shift change towards the end of our time here, and the service from then onwards was sub-par. The food was delicious and we managed to squeeze a dessert in! Everything was warm and served quickly. Would highly recommend.

We had afternoon tea in the SkyBar and had a lovely experience. The service was superior, food top notch with exquisite French pastries.
The ambiance is cool and chic and the front lobby concierge was super friendly and welcoming.
