Stayed here for a night after seeing a comedian at Salt and Tar nearby. The owners were so kind and welcoming, especially Julie, who was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great tips on getting around by bus and train.
The guest house was very clean and had a laid-back, homely feel. It really is like staying in someone’s home, which added a personal and comfortable touch.
Breakfast was great, they were more than happy to make sure my food was just how I liked it. Overall, a very relaxed and friendly stay, and Julie really made the experience with her warmth and hospitality. A lovely host in a cosy, no-fuss guest house.

As there were 7 of us, we booked 3 rooms here. We arrived a few hours before we were meant to check in, but the lovely owners allowed us into our rooms early to drop off our bags before making our way to Anfield for the Liverpool Legends game. The owners were super friendly, and really helpful when we asked about the best way to get to Anfield and assisted in helping us book a couple of taxi’s. Our rooms were clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. I would recommend booking through their website so that breakfast is included in the cost of your stay. We paid the extra (£10 per adult, kids were free) for breakfast which was definitely worth what we paid. Next time we are in Liverpool, we will definitely look to stay here again.

Amazing value and very comfy. The host was superb. Couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful, went out of her way to help store my mountain bike. Would definitely recommend. Easy to get into the city. 10/10

Lovely young lady owner, very friendly and welcoming. Full English breakfast was good and the boiled eggs are perfect 👌 Bed/pillow very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. Free parking was a bonus. Ideal for a long weekend. Hope the roller skating went well ☺️

What a lovely warm guest house! Julie is a lovely host and makes you feel at home. The breakfast was lovely and it's within walking distance of the football. Will be sure to use this come next season. See you then and thankyou for having us!

Julie and Peter are great hosts, who were friendly and took the time to stand and chat. Despite being very busy. They are very knowledgeable and are keen to promote other local businesses in the area which is good.

My room was clean, tidy and cosy. The BnB is in a great location for local amenities and for both football grounds. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed over 13th June, excellenct facilities. Clean, comfy bed. Nice breakfast and a warm welcome by Julie.
