Friendly staff large clean room two beds zipped together. Spare room with a single bed and large bathroom en-suite |Breakfast was extra and we had a full English that was nice too. I asked for a fan and the lady looked shocked. But room was actually ok without one

I found this guest house such a nice place to stay. A bit near the station, but no noise from station through the night. No great outlook, but I did not stay in the guest house to look for views, I came from North Wales for a family matter. The staff are brilliant, so very helpful in every aspect, it made for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was cooked to order (you choose the night before, but it is cooked when you go to the dining area) no “hot held” food. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels every day, what more could you want.

I have stayed at Brentwood Guesthouse 3 times while visiting my daughter. I can not rate it high enough! I stayed in the apartment and superior double and both were very clean and spacious.The staff are really helpful.The rooms are very quiet too.I would definitely stay there again if in the area

This was ideal for my business trip. My room was clean, tidy and well furnished. I had a double bed on the first floor. I liked the separate entrance to the hotel as I needed to work at night and this meant I could come back when my shift was done.||Definitely worth a return visit. Handy for the station too.

This place is an absolute nightmare! I wouldn’t step foot in Brentwood Guest House again if my life depended on it. The staff are beyond rude, and the owner, Michela, is a total joke—she doesn’t even pay her employees! The whole place reeks of bad management and disrespect. Don’t waste your time or money here. Hell no!

First got to this house and thought wow how lovely. Friendly receptionist who made us feel welcome with a warm smile and very polite. Very clean throughout including the room. Comfy bed that I didn't want to get out of when my alarm got me up. Breakfast was well done and hot. Would definately stay again when I'm in the area
