In a 3 week trip to Ireland, Wales and England we decided to stay one night at a "farm". Had we known, we would have done farm stays everywhere. This Victorian home and working sheep/cattle farm is at the end of a half mile paved driveway, but close to town. I was expecting farm scents, not the elegance and comfort we found. The view is stunning in all directions! Sheep and rolling Shropshire hills. There are just 2 bedrooms for let , ours had twin beds and both are large rooms with 12' ceilings, beautiful decor, modern bathes and very comfy beds! Joanna is a great hostess and makes an excellent breakfast. We took a walk in the evening, up the road, and visited with the sheep and cows who came right over to visit. Learned lots about lives of sheep too. Next time I go to the UK I will select accomodations by going to www.farmstayuk.co.uk You will surely enjoy a stay at Brereton's Farm whether you are a family with children, honeymooners or a business person!

Inspite of arriving earlier than we intended, we were given a warm welcome and a cup of tea. The bedroom was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a double poster bed.The farm is in a lovely area and we were given suggestions for eating out - can thoroughly recommend The Green Dragon- as well as a local walk. Breakfast was excellent. This was a memorable and delightful end to our holiday.

This B&B is an utter delight. The farmhouse has lovely original features with high ceilings and a beautiful staircase. The family are very welcoming and the breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended as a traditional farm based B&B
