Perfect venue for a family and friends get-together, with some people staying and others travelling. Loads of free parking. Fantastic service from Lauren beforehand and during. The Orangery was well decked out, and the hot buffet lunch was delicious. Bar and waiting staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were comfortable and the housekeeping was thorough. There wasn’t as much choice for breakfast as you would get in, say, a Premier Inn, but it’s horses for courses and what we had was fine.

Great for all meals and very good for vegetarian meals. ||Generous portions. Friendly efficient service. We were really impressed so we have visited twice at lunch time during May. The vegetarian roast is delicious as is the vegetarian option the stir fry. |Highly recommend. Also have a Vegan menu.

The Orangery was the perfect venue for our family reunion buffet. The room was beautifully dressed with white tablecloths and comfortable seating. The sun shone and we were able to use the outdoor seating area. There’s a lovely garden too. Food was delicious, chef very accommodating.The staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. This was our 3rd visit and no doubt we’ll be back .

My Son and Daughter in Law had been planning their wedding for 2 years and booked Briars Hall as the venue. The Staff, service, food, accommodation, communication, facilities, location and setting were perfect. The day and night couldn’t have gone any better. They even provided an extended bar for residents who wanted to carry on after the main event, nothing was too much trouble. |I would highly recommend Briars Hall for any gathering and only wish we could repeat the day again!

Went for a family meal with 19 people on a Saturday afternoon.

Restaurant was quiet (think we were probably the noisiest!)

Food was excellent and the staff were fantastic.

There was a wedding on during the time were there so didn’t have full access to the play area/outside space but staff explained this and didn’t affect our visit.

Beautiful old stately house hotel with wooden panelling and nice old features mixed with some modern touches. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Bathrooms a good size, nice showers and very large baths. Grounds are stunning and views from the rooms are lovely. Very quiet at night. Large bar, lovely restaurant and really good food. Breakfast is really good with hot and cold, large choice too. Lovely place to stay. They do weddings and other events.

What an amazing Christmas Day at Briars Hall hotel. Absolutely spoilt by all their wonderful staff. Service was amazing and really friendly. Food was fantastic and great value for money. Best soup I have ever had and the dinner was superb. Will certainly be going back in the new year for the carvery.

Visited with my grandmother for an afternoon cabaret. We have been a few times for food and it was great so had high expectations and they were definitely met. The quality of service was great and the whole experience was great value for money. Me and my grandmother had a great time, food was amazing and the staff were always more than happy to help.
