Soft play area had a very strong smell of urine. Most expensive pool table I've ever been too. Only redeeming quality was the staff, who were helpful.

I had booked a room for 1 week and all was good until the evening of 4/12/24 around 9pm. I had ordered a drink at the bar and went to a table that was empty. There was a glasses case which someone had left, I noticed there was a group of staff sat around a table and asked if they knew who the glasses belonged to. One of the staff members grabbed them out of my hand and said they were his but they clearly were not when the staff were putting them on and lagging. I noticed and asked for the glasses back which they gave me so I handed them in at the bar. I then went outside for a cigarette and one of the members of staff were out side who was one of the staff at the table and who tried on the glasses. I was called a lot of profanity’s before being threatened to have my head kicked in because he took offence to me asking for the glasses back which they clearly were someone else’s property. I’ve never experienced anything like this and the guy who threatened me should clearly not be working in the hospitality industry. I have used the Bridge inn for as long as I can remember, but will never return again. They obviously are desperate for staff if that’s the kind of people they employ who cannot even conduct them selves in a professional manner. A formal complaint has been made to Greenking and I await there response pending there investigation!!

Great budget accommodation. Very comfy bed, hot powerful shower, and decent breakfast selection.
Only negative is the room was so hot and not much ventilation.

I've had some very different experiences at The Bridge Inn over that last 15 years I've frequented as a customer.
Mainly ok to good.
But I must say, the newest recruits, being Sophie and Evie in the soft play area - really go above and beyond.
They are the nicest people and really care about the customers.
An absolute asset to The Bridge Inn - they are lucky to have them.

Enjoyed a meal at Bridge Inn this evening..three of us ate from their mix it up menu...all meals were good value, good choices of sides and sauces and delivered by friendly and welcoming young ladies. The Barman who took our order was pleasant and equally welcoming. One small improvement I would request, was that your menus were clean and not sticky....thank you jo

Room was dirty and had to ask for it to be cleaned Hair and dust everywhere, We had an early morning flight and went to sleep at 7pm and was awoke twice with Reception calling our room for no reason on the second time we gave up trying to sleep and when trying to ask what the hell was going on nobody would come and speak with us .will NEVER use this establishment again. Next time will be back to the Cadbury Hilton as to say the start of our holiday was ruined as we were so burt out after flight and travelling to the resort of mallorca Be Aware the price did not reflect any service or customer care .......

Brilliant location just off the m5 near clevedon.. so a mere 12 min from beach.. and about 2 min from M5.
Food in pub there was amazing..
Staff were friendly..
Rooms were spacious and beds comfy. Good some television.
Only issues with room were..:
Slippy bath so when showered I slipped.. when we were leaving the room.. we noticed a small sign in other corner of bathroom saying bath matts at reception..
This needs to be a bigger more obvious sign nearer to the shower ...
As I didn't notice it..
You can hear footsteps and people talking in room aboves ..

Comfortable, clean & good value for money. Pub serves good food, great choice. Staff are very efficient & eager to ensure you have a great time. Will definitely visit again.
