When I checked-in, I had booked a twin room but swapped for a double room. The reception person took me to a basement room with no windows. I said I wouldn't stay there so then he made me change rooms. Whilst getting me a new room with a window, the receptionist guy made me sit in an open guest room, and told me to "stay here, someone will come clean the room", I was so confused and sat there for about 10min before going back to the reception. |It was so awkward. I had to stand on the side of the reception whilst other people were checking in. And then finally after 30min, I got my room. ||The room was smelly and stuffy. At least the bed with clean. The shower was yellow. The water was cold. The bathroom itself was tiny. |And the whole night, the bathroom was stinking. Not to mention, my room was right in front of the public toilets, so I could hear everything going on, on the other side of my door. And they kept letting the door of that bathroom open too ew. ||Oh and I forgot to mention that there was this little fridge in my room. It was so noisy the whole night long. There was nothing inside but kept making so much noise from time to time. ||Definitely never going there again. Just for 1 night is fine especially if you're going to Wembley stadium the whole night, but just for visiting and for a few days. I wouldn't recommend. ||The staff were nice but seemed a bit lost in what they were doing.

What a wonderfull hotel, we were going to a gig in brixton and decided to stay here as it was only £80 per night and we are so glad we did. The staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble. The room was a little dated but well worth the price, and it was spotless. The breakfast was great. I would well recommend this hotel. We will be using it again

Nice helpful staff, hotel extremely dated. Only positive about breakfast is that it didn't kill me. The white sausages and cold beans weren't great.. good location for Wembley visit, just a short bus ride away and off street free parking a bonus.

Travelled with my brother to the Wembley Championship play off final. We looked for something close to Wembley with parking and a cheap price|Take your starting point that this is a 2* hotel (3* on Booking.com) and probably you will have shared facilities and you will get what you paid for. Extra would be needed for any sort of breakfast.|Parked the car in the free car park for our stay (otherwise would have been £9 per 24 hrs)|Reception staff were spot on and we got in our room early , so we could drop our bags and head to Wembley. This was a 35 minute walk there and jumped on a 15 mins bus ride back.|The room was dated as most people say , but was clean with a wash basin and facilities to make a cup of tea. There was a small TV on the wall. I found the bed clean and comfortable and on request they give both of us an extra pillow each. The shared facilities were fine , hot shower with shower gel provided and a clean toilet.|If you are fussy ,then pay a lot extra and find somewhere else, but for one or 2 nights on a trip to Wembley, on a tight budget, don't be put off by some of the reviews, this hotel will serve it's purpose.

I wish I could give this GHASTLY establishment ZERO stars. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUSLY RUDE AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'm still reeling with shock and disbelief! The actual manager banged on my my door very aggressively and started shouting at me. I had a friend who had come to visit me and he yelled that the friend hadn't paid and would not be allowed to stay the night, to which I replied that she was VISITING and would be leaving shortly. He practically chased us out. No I did not stay the night in the end. It was downright traumatising. Do not go here.

It’s terrifying to stay here, we were two young girls staying here and the room door didn’t lock properly, the room was okay but could’ve done with some extra cleaning eg bed sheets were dirty and so was floor. The beds were also uncomfortable, the bathrooms were dirty and showers had no water pressure and wouldnt heat up. Staff were friendly enough but definitely wouldn’t be back again.

I’ve stayed in this lovely hotel over one month now, since 12 May 2025 and I’m still here for a bit longer . I’ve been around hotels a lot but this hotel has an exceptional treatment for guests and all the staff are extremely helpful and mannered especially the manager Mr Mithun and Ms Dilchi & Chas and the rest of the team being at daytime or nighttime. They are always looking after their guests and going out of their way to make them feel happy. It might need a little updating but I’m sure they are working on that because some rooms have been done nice and maybe they are just waiting for the opportunity to do the rest, because it’s almost full every day. It’s location is perfect to the city centre and to Wembley stadium. It’s a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities and takeout restaurants and Tesco supermarket is just next door. They have a front sitting area and at the back which is shaded when the sun is scorching hot. The restaurant is big with 4 big tv screen and the restaurant has a verity of delicious foods and the open cold breakfast bar has a wide selection of what everyone desires plus a full hot breakfast menu. The best part for me that it has a big lot of parking which is gated and secured that can take about 30 cars which is very convenient and important for me.
I would definitely come back again when I need to stay in London and I would like to thank all the staff for being such lovely and helpful.

Get the good bit out of the way, guy behind the reception desk brilliant, now the bad.
The place is in dire need of a revamp.
I've stayed in cleaner and more upto date hostels.
Will not be coming back !!
