I hosted a charity event in the Hogarth suite for 100 people. The room was stunning.
Everything was ready for when we turned up to decorate. Beautiful white linen on tables, dance floor set up with plenty of space to move around and the bar area.

During the evening, the team were attentive and when the bar got busy, extra help would appear quickly. Hosting an event like this can be stressful. The team at Bridgewood mitigated this stress by being professional, efficient, attentive and reliable.

At the end of the evening, Kelly (the manager) came to ensure everything had run smoothly and we had had a good experience.

Myself and my guests had the best time in beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend.

I had booked afternoon tea with an overnight stay and breakfast via a Groupon deal. Our afternoon tea was booked for 3pm. We were told to make our way to the bar where we were then shown to our table and asked if we wanted tea or coffee. Our hot drinks arrived promptly but we had to wait another half an hour for our food to arrive. We had almost finished our pots of coffee by the time our food turned up. The selection of sandwiches were lovely as were the scones and cakes. We then went to our room which was clean and tidy although a little dated. As my other half is a coffee-holic the two sachets provided were not enough for our stay. On our way back to the bar later on we popped to reception and he was given a few more sachets of coffee. We had a few drinks at the bar and we decided to order a pizza to take back to our room. We could have had it delivered to our room for an extra £5 but we were happy to wait and take it back with us. When we got back to our room we opened the pizza box and the pizza inside was tiny!! We didn’t feel it was worth the £17 we paid for it!! Bed was lovely and the pillows were so comfortable….I wanted to take them home! Breakfast was pretty standard and ok. The other downside to our stay was that the pool was closed which we only found out on arrival so we didn’t use the spa facilities.

We had a really lovely stay at Bridgewood. Our room was very clean and the service we received was lovely. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly so our stay started and ended very well. We didn't use the restaurant or facilities but it all looked great! The are is secluded but there is a very large Asda and retail park not too far away.

We had a beautiful afternoon tea experience at the Bridgewood Manor Hotel & Spa today. We were offered chicken, salmon, cheese, and egg sandwiches, each one more delicious than the next. The new menu was absolutely delicious, cooked & baked to perfection. The staff serving us were exceptional; very informative and professional. Hakeem checked on us regularly, and even offered a box for us to take our leftovers in! What a treat 😊 we also had our first experience of zero alcohol prosecco 🤭
Great value and overall very enjoyable afternoon out.
Already looking into booking our next visit to Bridgewood Manor Hotel and Spa very soon. Thank you everyone for making our experience extra special.

Had a wonderful afternoon tea at Bridgewood Manor in front of a warm fire. The sandwiches were fresh and fantastic (and even provided a halal option). We couldn't finish the sweet treats but the wonderful waiter Hakeem bought a takeaway box. He was super helpful to make our afternoon tea memorable and enjoyable.

My room wasn't clean, the staff did quickly change my room though.
The food in the restaurant wasn't of a great standard and I felt overpriced for what was offered in terms of quality and quantity.
The room was too hot with no air con or thermostat.
The breakfast was a wide offering but the plates for hot food were cold so my food was cold very quickly.
The staff in breakfast didn't give any direction on where to sit/whether we would be seated.
I would expect freshly made teas/coffees bright to the table for a 4 star hotel. There was a coffee machine available.

Room was immaculate. Great service from the staff. Breakfast was nice and there was a big range of food. They even upgraded my room at no extra charge as a gesture for my girlfriend’s birthday. The only downside is that you’re in Chatham but if you ignore that it’s great.

I am a regular at the bridgewood and as expected I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The evening meal we enjoyed in the restaurant was outstanding. I challenge anyone to find something missing from the wonderful array of choice at breakfast. The general|The atmosphere at the hotel is very warm and welcoming.bad are all of the staff. We must have had a different type of room to last time as there was no fridge: only criticism.|Thank you Bridgewood for making us so welcome again.
