What a pleasure it was to stay in this lovely B&B.|Ruth was very welcoming and very kindly accommodated my dietary needs. The breakfast on offer was superb; various cereals, fruit juices, fruit, yoghurts. unfortunately, my diet did not allow me to sample the homemade jam!|The room was warm and cosy, with a sink and the bed was comfortable.|The private bathroom, just across the hall, had a lovely hot shower and thick fluffy towels.|Would definitely stay here again.

Ruth was a wonderful host - friendly and helpful offering excellent recommendations. The room was clean and well appointed with everything needed. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. A 15 minute walk to nearby amenities along a narrow path next to quite a busy road.

Ruth is the epitome of a perfect landlady - welcoming, friendly and helpful. We have done lots of travelling, including many cruises, but Ruth’s breakfast cannot be beaten. Everything cooked exactly as we like it. The guesthouse has parking and is within walking distance of the town centre. Our room had two beds, with a useful sink unit with our own exclusive bathroom across the hall. Would definitely stay there again.

Run by a very friendly, helpful lady who makes a great full English breakfast as well as offering cereals and fresh fruit. The ensuite double room was lovely and the bed comfortable. Plenty of coffee, tea and milk in the room. Just on the outskirts of town, with a nice view onto the farmland. Very reasonably priced at £75 for 2 people including breakfast. Highly recommended!

We stayed with Ruth as we were visiting family who live in Sherborne. Ruth advised that we could stay with our small terrier and we booked for a weekend. Ruth's home was spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Ruth is very welcoming and friendly and genuinely interested in her guests. It was a pleasure to stay with her and we highly recommend booking your break here. A beautiful area too.

Very nice welcome with tea and lovely cake. Very friendly and helpful. Good location, surprisingly quiet. Lovely homely feel, with everything in very nice taste. Very good value. If travelling from town take the left fork at the property, turn right into drive, parking is on the left before the farmyard.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Bridleways and our host Ruth was wonderfully friendly. She also cooks a very nice full English breakfast. The room was comfortable and we were able to come and go as we pleased. We would definitely stay there again.
