I stayed for one night for a course the following day. The room was right by the door which was quite noisy as others were coming and going in the evening. It was quite light overnight as light comes through the shutters and you can't close the curtains. The room was small but adequate. All the furniture and furnishings were a bit tired. The shower was nice and powerful and the bed was clean and comfy. I liked the fridge but it would be nice to have some fresh milk for tea and coffee. It was nice and close to the sea and the hospital. I think it was fairly good value for the money but I wouldn't rush to stay again. I would describe it as basic but convenient.

We stayed in room 3 for 2 nights and it was lovely! Parking was on the side of a street a couple mins walk away and wasn’t too expensive.

It was lovely & quiet and not too far of a walk to the seafront or the lanes, you can also catch a bus or taxi for cheap into town.

The room was beautiful and very clean and we loved the bath!! Underfloor heating in the bathroom was a plus and the bed was massive and really comfy. Hotel & room were both easy to access, Gavin & Sylvia were so helpful especially with our last min late checkout. Was really good value for money.

Booked last minute and what a find! Lovely location and the hotel was amazing! We had a junior suite, R6 and it was 10/10. The whole place was spotlessly clean, super big comfortable bed and pillows, and the roll top bath was incredible! We will definitely stay here again whenever we want a cheeky sleepover in Brighton.

Room is nice, its clean and the bed is comfy and the shower good but the issue I have is they state breakfast when they dont do breakfast, whats that all about? |As the box is not really adequate, with pastries inside x 4. no drink thats my 1 moan as other things were okay

It was located in the heart of kemptown, very easy to get to and connected by buses. There was no noise from the road as it was off a side street. Incredibly comfortable bed and toiletries were provided. We had a wonderful experience and will be going back in the future!

Small but comfortable room. With easy check in process and coded door entry.
Breakfast fresh pastries delivered to door, very nice touch.
Room gets a little damp with condensation in the morning and shower room gets quite wet when shower used. Underfloor heating was lovely

Everything about this hotel is Quality with a capital Q. Easy check in process and a fabulous double room with bedroom bathtub perfect for a post BM10K soak while watching a movie. The rainfall shower was invigorating too.||The bed in our room was probably the most comfortable I've slept in .... even better than home!||The room was tastefully appointed and even with the windows open on a warm evening the noise outside was minimal.||Tea, coffee making facilities and a small fridge ensured we had everything we needed for a lovely two night stay. We will return to this hidden gem of a hotel.

The communication prior to booking and throughout my stay was excellent and entry to the property/room was very easy. The room smelled fresh and clean on entry, had excellent tea and coffee making facilities and well presented/scrupulously clean bathroom. I will definitely be staying again!
