Gloria was really lovely, but unfortunately the service felt quite rushed and I was quite disappointed with the result. There were a lot of hairs missed during my leg wax, and I ended up spending over an hour plucking them at home because I wanted even regrowth. There was also quite a bit of leftover wax on my skin, and I developed some discolouration/irritation that still hasn’t gone away 24 hours later(see second pic). I really wish the same level of care had been taken with the waxing itself as with the customer service.

I was visiting Brighton for a few days and decided that I just wanted to pamper myself, so I booked in for a 1 hour facial here. I arrived today and my beautician was Gloria. She was warm, welcoming and made me feel at ease. She was very professional, leaving the room beforehand and afterwards as I changed my top to be ready for the facial, and respected my privacy.
Throughout the whole experience, Gloria made me feel very well looked after, and anticipated how much conversation I would need during each stage (which was great as it allowed for maximum relaxation, but allowed me to ask questions about the process also). The whole experience was fantastic and I came out feeling relaxed, refreshed and my skin feels amazing at present (I had the facial earlier today). I highly recommend this salon for maximum self care, and will definitely return next time I'm in Brighton. Thank you Gloria for making me feel glorious!
