Loans wheelchairs and toiletry aids for when life presents it's inevitable problems, for up to 8 weeks.
No direct charge for any loan of equipment, just, please, make a donation to the Mobility Aids Service to help keep them running this essential service to the people of Norfolk.

Always helpful and kind but don't be so pushy on donations as we donate loads, but always wanting more. We have a very poorly child that's not considered. They think all wheelchairs are because of a broken bone and don't consider the deeper reasons when pestering for more donations. Thanks guys

When returning some mobility equipment, borrowed early January, we were met by a most helpful gentleman. A donation was offered and, at my request, two or three rolators were presented for my inspection with demonstrations of each. These were offered for 'sale' on a further donation basis. After a trial 'run' with each, one was selected, a donation made and my party left with happy memories!

My husband had a serious motorbike injury and the hospital sent us home with only a raised toilet seat and bathroom chair. I contacted Red Cross and they were AMAZING! Kind, helpful and organised and supplied the aides that we would need at home. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH RED CROSS NORWICH!
