Exceptionally good accommodation. Lovely room: modern, clean, warm shower, nice views. Staff were polite. Breakfast at the Sportspark was of a high standard. Parking close and very easy (actually a student directed us to the hotel which was really helpful). We went to Norwich to see a band at the LCR. It was 200 yards away so very convenient. Would we go again - absolutely..

The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was lovely and clean. Crucially, it was really quiet allowing me to get a good night's sleep before an in important meeting first thing on Monday morning. It was really quick and easy to pop across to the coffee shops on campus to get a coffee and pastry as well.

I wasn't sure what to expect as this was originally student accommodation. I had a single room and it was a simple, comfortable bed in a warm environment with a lovely hot shower in the morning. A good price for great access to the gig I was attending. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for basic but comfortable bed for the night. I didn't try breakfast but I did stop at the cafe in the Student Union building for a chocolate croissant which was lovely.

Nice place to stay. Enjoyed my stay ay Broadview. The room and toilet were comfortable to live in. This is my third time of staying in the Broadview and everytime, I enjoyed my stay. The nights were quiet to allow for sound sleep. I used the reading table as well to attend to some email and get some tasks done. Next time I come to Norwich, Broadview will be my choice place to stay.

My girlfriend and I stayed here during graduation period as our housing tenancy for our third year was finished. We had always wanted to check out the hotel as Uni students so this was a fun little trip. In terms of facilities and things offered for a small hotel like this, I believe that they are at the standard they should be. The location on campus is brilliant. My family would have stayed here a long time ago if the hotel was dog friendly. No complaints at all, apart from the room being very hot, so maybe a fan should be included.

Stayed for one night to visit my son at UEA. I had a standard double room with a view out over towards the lake. It was very clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. There was no fridge but i knew that in advance as I think these are in the slightly more expensive premium rooms. I often don’t sleep well in hotels but the bed was so comfortable this wasn’t an issue. The tea and coffee making tray was well-stocked and I didn’t have any noise issues although it must be said the walls are quite thin so I could hear my middle-aged neighbours’ enthusiastic review of the gig they had just attended at the UEA LCR! If you are attending a gig there, this hotel is practically on the doorstep so really convenient. Parking is free on validating a yellow plastic token which you get on entering the carpark. The Broadview team were all great and answered my parking query by phone and email. I will definitely stay here again if visiting UEA.

Good basic room for a one night stay with my daughter before the UEA open day.|Comfy beds, kettle and reasonable bathroom, no little fridge in room so if staying more than 1 night and had milk etc it might be a problem. |£9 to get a taxi into town which I thought was good. |We were there on a Friday night and it wasn't too noisy.

Great place to stay. Saw lightening seeds and venue was 2 minute walk away. Great tea making facilities, comfy bed and nice staff. Would recommend and stay again. Would be nice to stay in the summer to make the most of the surrounding green areas. Great transport links, bus into Norwich centre.
