Lovely place to stay with super nice host. Very high standard of furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen and small courtyard area outside. Check in/out was super smooth. Not a lot of places to stay in the immediate area so this is a really welcomed option.

I recently stayed for a few nights in the 3 bedroomed Villa and it surpassed my expectations. Every room is exquisitely decorated and fitted out with top quality furnishings. It really is 5 star. |I very much recommend a stay here, but you do need to be aware that, as it’s located over a very pleasant, but busy, coffee shop, you are met with a full set of steep stairs to enter the property. |There’s a king and a twin room on the first floor where there’s also a dining kitchen and spacious lounge. The huge 3rd king room is up a further flight of stairs and even has its own seating area. All bedrooms are ensuite and robes, slippers and toiletries are provided. |The kitchen is well stocked and very suitable for dining in after a long day exploring. |There’s numerous coffee shops, grocery stores, pubs and a Michelin restaurant in the village to appeal to all tastes. Whilst there’s no on- site parking, it’s not a problem as theres a free long stay car park very close by. |The beautiful RHS Wisley Gardens is just a few mins away.

Such a luxurious, well equipped, beautifully presented and flexible home from home. The location in Ripley is really convenient, easy parking, close to all amenities and some lovely walks. We loved it and would thoroughly recommend it but the fairly steep stairs wouldn’t suit any one with a disability.

So perfect I was tempted to keep this gem to myself! From the impeccable restoration of the historic property down to the best homemade granola I’ve ever had, I can’t think of any detail that was uncovered. Every luxury amenity, plus breakfast is served in the conservatory of your dreams overlooking a perfect English garden. Peaceful, refined but not stuffy elegance. The 715 bus stops at the front door and takes you to RHS Wisley in one direction (10 min) and historic Guildford in the other (20 min - great shopping!) Yes, on second thought - don’t tell anyone.

Broadway Cottage is a gorgeous holiday retreat. Mindy has thought of everything one could need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday home. ||||We loved the private courtyard which remained cool enough to sit in on baking hot days. ||||The attention to detail throughout is second to none. We’re looking forward to future stays already.

I stayed here for 2 nights as I needed to be near The Wisley for a golf day. Big room and it had everything I needed. Plush bed linen, towels, robe, slippers and toiletries. Just like in a 5 star hotel. Really quiet yet just off the main road in Ripley. Mindi who owns and runs it all sources her breakfast ingredients locally and even bakes her own bread. A fantastic find. A real winner.

Stayed with a friend and was thoroughly impressed. Gorgeous decor in the both the communal areas and our bedrooms. Sumptous, quality soft furnishings. The service at breakfast was impeccable. Mindy is so friendly and as someone who is gluten intolerant I was pleasantly surprised to be offered homemade gluten free bread. In fact, all the bread was homemade, the breakfast choice was extensive and full english was very very good. I will return!

Such a lovely place. Excellent breakfasts, incredibly friendly and nice people working there, very stylish interior, comfy bed (I stayed at the Wimbourne Room). The location is also a big plus - it's in the center of Ripley, the Ripley Post Office bus station is right next to it, and Ripley Green is just around the corner (a nice place for a walk). If you plan to visit Ripley, don't look for anything else. I definitely need to go back to Broadway Barn.
