Stayed here for an event at the NEC. Super clean, modern but still homely, lovely hosts and an amazing full English breakfast! And free, secure carparking too!

We stayed here for 3 nights to go to the Gardeners World Exhibition at the NEC. |It is an excellent guest house in a beautiful peaceful setting yet only 15 minutes’ drive from the NEC so super convenient. We stayed in the recently refurbished twin room which is dual aspect with lovely garden views and very comfy beds. |Breakfast in the morning was delicious and set us up for the day! This was my second stay here and Peter and Justine were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely come back again!

My sister and I stayed here while visiting the stitch show at the Birmingham NEC.
Very nice, comfortable, clean, lovely food and nice hospitality. Very secure car parking made all the difference. Price was good too, we stayed two nights.
We pre booked for next year's show before we left, they were so nice.

First class B&B offering lovely rooms and excellent cooked breakfasts. If you want to visit the NEC this is great base to work from. Peter and Justine are great hosts and I would highly recommend|There are excellent restaurants near by and a great bus network including the X1 to Birmingham and Coventry.

We had a two night stay to attend a conference at the NEC. The service was faultless, everything from my email enquiries about my dietary requirements and travel advice through to the excellent care we received during our stay. Peter was very attentive. The breakfast was delicious and very filling, no curled up bacon or overcooked eggs here! Everything was perfect! Ok I’d have liked gluten free sausages but to be fair I was full even without. My gluten free requirements were noted and taken care of, down to the tiniest details, including a suitable chocolate bar especially for me with the cookies on the drinks tray in our room. ||The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy with plump pillows and a chunky cushion perfect for sitting up in bed to read. The best bit was the double aspect views onto a lush garden. The carpets were thick and felt like new, in fact the whole room is so well kept you would think it had recently been done. We felt totally spoilt. ||Gated car park is secure plus you get a remote control to open it for easy access. WiFi is included.|We would certainly go back again for any visits to this area, without a doubt.|Highly recommended.

We visit the NEC each year for the craft shows in March. This is an excellent place to stay near bus stop to the NEC 10 minutes away. Leave car in secure car park and save the £12 a day car parking fee.||The rooms have everything you could want and they are spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast and very helpful hosts.

This is my second stay and I really cannot say enough good things about this B&B. Rooms are spotlessly clean, cosy and warm. Food is cooked to perfection. Peter and Justine will give you any help you need. They offered to swop the days of my stay around because of bad weather and are always helpful and friendly. The buses run frequently to birmingham, the airport. NEC and coventry, with the bus stop just a few hundred yards from the B&B. Lovely pub not 5 minutes walk away.

Guest house is modern, fresh and clean. The owners are welcoming and friendly. My room was gorgeous, the food at breakfast was very nice. Meriden is a quiet and pretty village with the hub hub of Birmingham and the NEC not too far away. I will definitely consider returning to this accommodation in the future.
