Absolutely loved it from booking to leaving (well I didn’t like leaving).|I would like to thank the staff at Brockencote Hall for making our recent visit so memorable.|Everything about our stay was fabulous. We chose this venue for our wedding anniversary weekend away based on the reviews. They were spot on.|The communications we had with the hotel prior to arrival were excellent. |On arrival, we were met by a very lovely lady at reception, (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name but I do hope your hip gets better). Our room was delightful and after a very stressful morning was exactly what we needed. A beautifulbed awaited, lovely views across the sheep fields and for me the best thing of all, was a deep bath complete with lovely toiletries.|We booked dinner in the Chaddersley restaurant. The menu was imaginative and the food was delicious. Harry, one of our waiters, kept us gently amused throughout the evening. Thank you for your excellent service, young man.|We enjoyed our chat with the wine waiter, and we learned something new about Zinfandel. The wine was indeed excellent. |following our fabulous dinner, we took advantage of the relaxed library area and enjoyed and after dinner snifter.|Breakfast was freshly cooked order with personal preferences taken into account. The continental breakfast section had range of home-made items and the cooked breakfast had several items produced locally. |The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and well worth it if you can spend some time having a look around. Short walk will take you into Chaddesley Corbett you can also walk to the historic Harvington Hall which I highly recommend.|Thank you to all the staff including Harry, Simon (very knowledgable bar man) and Danke in the restaurant. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the team. To Eden Hotels: you’ve nailed it with the staff, they’re all a credit to you. |All in all we had a fantastic stay, I didn’t want to leave.

The experience was lovely, beautiful hotel, the receptionist was exceptional and could not do enough for you. The hotel staff were wonderful, the only thing we had an issue with was we did not know we had to book a table for food in the bar area, we had to wait a while for drinks we had two rooms the first room was lovely but very hot and the room we had the second night was too small and had too many stairs no long mirror and nowhere to hang my dresses but the bathroom was beautiful

Before arriving at the hotel a very friendly and helpful lady called Lyn assisted me with my booking and on arriving to the hotel we were pleased to see she was sitting at the reception desk where her wonderful service continued. She gave us a gorgeous double aspect room which had fabulous views of the lake and fields. The hotel grounds were lovely to walk around before we had an informal dinner in bar area. The service from all the staff was fabulous and thanks especially to Lyn we will all be returning and we explore the other hotels within the Eden Group ! ?

We very much enjoyed afternoon tea for my mum's eightieth birthday at Brockencote. All the staff were very attentive and the cakes were absolutely divine. Nice selection of sandwiches and a sausage roll which was unusual but very tasty. The grounds and lake are beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Excellent stay at a lovely venue, room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were excellent, professional but friendly. Food was delicious but menu choice was disappointing. Same menu on both nights with limited choice. Overall a very enjoyable stay and will probably visit again. A

Another excellent stay. Each time we visit Brockencote hall our expectations are always met with very comfortable and spacious rooms which provide rest and relaxation in a grand setting. The Chaddesley Restaurant offers a very good fine dining experience with friendly, attentive and professional service to match. Lounging areas are comfortable with a very good bar and associated table service. Our breakfast was excellent. Again very good quality cooked breakfast and professionally served. We generally stay at The Hotel on our journey from Cornwall to Northern England and will be visiting again soon.

Had a fabulous overnight stay here. We had been moved from another hotel nearby as they were overbooked. So this was not our first choice, but WOWZERS, we lucked out.

Brockencote Hall is in a stunning location, a gorgeous old manor house in the Worcestershire countryside.
The welcome and service we received from the moment we arrived was excellent and that level was maintained throughout our stay.

The room (5 - Sandpiper), albeit tiny, was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented with all the amenities you could need. Plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh milk, bathroom soaps, luxurious fluffy towels and towelling robes, even fresh fruit and flapjacks in the room too. A large TV, a hairdryer, lots of plugs etc so very convenient.

Breakfast was very relaxing with a full menu to choose from. The food was superb and very tasty.

Overall, a slightly above average cost but hugely above average experience. We look forward to visiting again.

Very good afternoon tea in lovely venue . Stunning setting . Excellent service . Nice wood panelled room with comfortable chairs and a light airy feel. Nice crockery and proper tablecloth & napkins . Only negative would be no offer of anymore of anything and we didn’t like the panacotta or mint chocolate tart. Jam was pretty basic . Loved the sausage roll and madelaine cake . All in all a lovely occasion!
