We were walking the North Downs Way and this was the best stay we had. Large, spotlessly clean rooms, and a large bathroom. The breakfast was the best of the entire trip, lovely strong coffee, full English, muesli etc, really high quality ingredients.|The B&B is situated on the village Green, a stone's throw away from the Grump Mole where we ate dinner. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful experience. From ease of booking with the host Joanna to the magnificent house and garden. The house and bedrooms were beautifully appointed and full of character, the bathrooms nothing less than immaculate. Joanna's catering was fantastic, everything of the highest quality and delicious. The two lovely doggies made it feel like home from home. Could not recommend this property more highly. An absolutely fabulous stay thank you.

Super B&B in a lovely house overlooking Brockham green. Room was very nice, and the location is perfect for nearby pubs/restaurants. Shower worked well and we had a very enjoyable breakfast. Highly recommended.

Excellent B&B with good facilities. Jo has thought of everything you might need during your stay. Nice and clean room with top class linen and toiletries. Breakfast was superb. Would definitely stay again. The village is picturesque with a nice pub, Taphouse and village coffee shop.

Best B&B we have ever stayed in. Jo, the host, was so welcoming. Gorgeous, quiet room, with very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, with great choice. Very close to the Tap Room and the Grumpy Mole. Highly recommend.

Joanna was so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, the room was spotlessly clean and had lovely touches such as a slice of cake for us each. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in so we were both very well rested. The breakfast was amazing quality and very generous portions. We will be back to stay again very soon and look forward to seeing Joanna and her lovely dogs.

We spent 3 nights at this B & B and enjoyed an immaculate and tastefully furnished experience. Mine host, Joanna made us most welcome and provides a superb breakfast table with an excellent choice of hot and cold food. Our room was large and well-equipped with everything one could need. The on-suite shower room was spacious and well designed. The bed was most comfortable and everything immaculate. However, due to the steps and stairs it is not suitable for the handicapped.
