Fantastic hidden gem in an old charming village. The lovely hosts really made us feel at home and served the most delicious cooked breakfast!

I could tell you about the comfortable bed or the idyllic setting but what I will remember most is the way we were treated by Emma and David. Fresh flowers for us inside or outside for our luxurious breakfast, taking us into town so we could find a late night dinner and thoughtful considerations. Will miss Dottie puppy welcoming us and the serenity of their garden. They trusted us in their welcoming home. Could have stayed here forever! Thank you both

Beautiful village. Peaceful location. Excellent pub literally just behind property. Very nice play area next to the stunning church. Very friendly and accommodating hosts, David and Emma were lovely. Delicious breakfast. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The whole house was stunning. Nice base for visiting larger tourist attractions such as National Trust properties. We have had a fantastic time. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely delightful in every way. I had the best nights sleep in this charming B&B run by Emma and David.|I can not recommend this place enough. |Very stylish, very homely and set in a picture postcard village. I don't often think I'll be back but this is definitely a place to come back to. Breakfast was delicious and delightful I'm veggie and nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful house! Emma and David were very welcoming and wonderful hosts. Comfy and clean room, with some good books to read whilst you stay.

Stayed for two nights as a base for Silverstone and Bletchley Park, lovely pretty cottage stayed in the larger double really great room and ensuite with many extra special touches such as fresh milk , slippers if you wanted them , toiletries , fresh flowers etc. The breakfast was very enjoyable again with home-made extras such as marmalade and compote, what made it extra special were the lovely hosts Emma and David they really were extremely friendly and welcoming in fact the most charming hosts that we have ever stayed with in a bed and breakfast. Will definitely be visiting again and wholeheartedly recommend to anybody else thank you so much for a great stay

Tucked away in a picturesque village we spent two lovely nights here this weekend. Emma and David are the perfect hosts, attentive and friendly, nothing too much trouble. The room was very pretty and spacious and the breakfast was perfect. A true find and we would certainly recommend.

We booked a three night stay last month and Brook Farm Cottage really was a great spot for lots of reasons, not least of all Emma and David who were the perfect hosts. We stayed in the large double en suite room which was spacious and pretty, with some very nice extra touches such as fresh flowers from the garden, chocolate treats and cold milk provided in an insulated flask twice everyday so a much needed cuppa after a long day was always available. Spotlessly clean with great facilities (plus a good pub two minutes round the corner for a nice evening meal without needing to drive!) and a full English that set you up perfectly each morning - nothing was too much trouble and extra coffee and toast was never a problem. We felt so welcome and appreciated. We would not only return ourselves but would also happily recommend this B&B to anyone planning a trip to that part of the country. The care and time that Emma and David took to make our break with them so enjoyable and very much appreciated making it feel just like staying with friends - many thanks.
