This was such a gem! My new go to for whenever I’m in London. Loved the charm, details and location of this place. It was a beautiful and charming pub on main floor and boutique hotel with so many thoughtful amenities above. The best of both worlds in one. Location was excellent. A welcome relief of fresh air within higher end residential village with lots of great local restaurants and easy access to transportation. Far from the noise, crowds and madness of central London. Loved the made to order breakfast every morning and the well stocked snacks and beverages. Great attention to detail. I suspect the lack of an elevator as the only downside for those with mobility challenge. But otherwise, this place easily deserves top stars for every aspect.

Brook Green was pretty good. We paid for the bed and breakfast package. And they breakfast was great! Try the French toast for sure. Delicious! The room was great and overlooked a park area. It was probably about 5 blocks from the Hammersmith underground station, so convenient. I liked the neighborhood and it was a plus to have a grocery store right behind the hotel. I would’ve put down 5 stars except that there is no lift there (a fact I missed on the website) and we had pretty heavy luggage to carry up ourselves. (They didn’t ask if we needed help with it.) The other issue is that I chose this hotel specifically because they had AC but it was practically nonexistent in our room. We asked for help with it or even a fan so we could sleep at night but they didn’t do anything during our 3 nights’ stay and we were miserable at night.

Had a lovely stay at the Brook Green Hotel. Our room was so clean and beautiful with everything you could possibly need. There's a great bar with a beer garden and drinks are reasonably priced. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. And it's very near the underground station too. Only thing is if you don't feel like climbing 5 flights of stairs I suggest you ask for a room on one of the lower floors.
Will 100% be staying here again next time I'm in London.

Super location. Nice spacious bar, good food selection. My room was on the 3rd floor, several flights but fine for me! Very well appointed, the best stocked bar I have seen, plus snack options. Muted decor, double glazing, spacious bathroom with fluffy white towels. Friendly staff. What’s not to like!

Very comfortable rooms, although room 16 needs to have improved lighting in the bedroom. A bit gloomy and not great for applying make up. I had to sit on the floor by the bedside lamp to see properly. Other than that, a great stay, excellent food, the staff were friendly and helpful and a short walk past the park to OIympia was a nice start and end to the day.

An excellent choice for your trip to England. Very close to the metro and buses, there is a large market nearby for your needs. Places where you can have fun until midnight are just 5 minutes away. The rooms are very clean, and breakfast and dinner are superb. Despite our inadequate English, the staff were extremely understanding and solution-oriented. There is a magnificent garden, and they have thought of everything for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We thank all the staff for this experience.

We stayed here recently for a week - and have only excellent things to say. For other travelers coming from far away (trans-Atlantic for us!), the hotel/pub is located a short walk from four major subway/underground lines, including ones that connect directly to Heathrow and to major tourist sites. Some of these lines also run late on the weekends as well. At the same time, while there are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores, it’s not nearly as hectic as Piccadilly Circus and our room was very quiet for the most part. The nearby police and fire stations mean occasional sirens but we were never disturbed by other noise.

Our room was large (we stayed in the bigger boutique), and very thoughtfully furnished. All of the essentials (AC!! that you can control) as well as some nice additional touches like the towel drying rack and a large comfy tub. The price felt incredibly fair for what we received, especially in comparison to overall London prices. The mattress was a bit firm for our personal tastes but honestly after the first night we didn’t notice at all. Zero safety concerns, everything felt very secure. I will also note that there are only stairs for guests with mobility issues due to the historic nature of the building.

Lastly, they very graciously are mailing us back a sentimental reusable water bottle we left behind, and I appreciate deeply their extra effort in going to the post office to mail this. Great customer service which is what ultimately motivated me to write the review!

Lovely room and very friendly staff. Six flights of stairs to get to it, but I don’t mind exercise. Also, the height makes it quiet, which was good for Kipper my collie. Very nice pub at the bottom of the stairs as well. Only thing to improve it- more power from the shower.
