We booked through Secret escapes for dinner bed and breakfast in an executive room. On arrival we entered a beautiful room but there was no views of the track. When we visited reception, we were given the option of upgrading to a suite. The receptionist was called Nina, and she couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. The suite was huge with amazing views. Bathroom was spacious ( shame it didn’t have nail file, cotton buds etc…) Breakfast was nice Dinner was outstanding

I did a spa package with 2 treatments and an afternoon tea. It was amazing, so relaxing and exactly what I was looking for. So many areas to relax and read a book. The mini saunas were a nice touch too. The hot tub is in a great spot overlooking the race course. Both of my treatments were amazing. The sun room was unique too, not experienced that before, something a little quirky! I honestly came away feeling so relaxed and recharged, ready to rejoin the kids!
The reason I haven't given 4 stars is based on the parking. I understand charging for parking to stop others using it, but it's a bit odd only including 2 hours free parking for spa guests, when the experience is 3 hrs, plus afternoon tea time. Surely you shouldnt have to pay for parking if you're actually paying for and using the facilities? Great experience overall though!

There's a lot to like - room, restaurant, spa, staff, birthday specials for my husband.|However, we had quite a few issues about what was or wasn't included and what was or wasn't booked. A lot of this is down to the website. I had booked directly with the hotel because from research it seemed we would get the nest price, fee parking and some extras. Reception seemed unaware that I had booked directly and tried to charge for parking. It seemed that, although I thought I had booked for 2 x 3 hours Spa time and 2 x breakfast each day, I hadn't. It seems many guests "fail"to scroll down and press confirm. No, if it says "Book" and doesn't say "Scroll down to confirm" that is the fault of the website. Especially when you get anemail appearing to confirm the booking of the spa and even showing what the total cost of the stay would be including the spa booking. My booking for the restaurant, however, went through without problem.|Next, according to the website if you booked a luxe room you would receive an upgrade to be facing the race track (the Mercedes Benz one, not the old Brooklands one) and wasn't there some mention of complimentary dressing gown and slippers? Turns out the more expensive rooms like I had booked all face the car park and we didn't get the gown or slippers.|Most annoying of all was this: there was a notice saying that to be green the room would receive a thorough clean every second day. Fair enough, lots of hotels nowadays don't change towels every day and maybe wouldnt hoover every day. But it turned out that this meant no housekeeping AT ALL on the Friday or Sunday of our stay. No bed made, dirty cups. This is a hotel, and not a cheap hotel at that. I would expect some bare minimum housekeeping every day.|I was impressed by the spa and the restaurant and this saved the day othewise this would have been 3 stars at best. I might stay again when we are in the area (which we often are) but would only stay one night because of the housekeeping issue and I would book the cheaper room.

Friendly and professional staff , beautiful deluxe room with comfortable beds . Stayed here for a quiet night away on a secret escapes deal which we thought was a bargain but was disappointed by the extras|Firstly an extra £39 charge for 3hours in the spa is a little excessive! . The price of the drinks in the bar are extortionate and they had run out of draught beer|The food was hot and tasty as well as the breakfast with a comfortable dining room

Reception staff friendly and pleasant. Room was great:clean, modern with excellent shower. The restaurant for dinner: staff friendly, food was very good. For breakfast: very pleasant with a good selection of breakfast items. Spa: blonde lady at reception was abrupt, told us off for being late although we had a slot from 4 to 7. Not what I expect. She needs further training. Element of disorganisation at the SPA, seemed to be overbooked. Other staff at SPA friendly and courteous. Massage excellent. Good facilities although overcrowded and unable to use them all. Overall, a very pleasant experience and would recommend. Also good value for the package. £210 for room, spa including massage and breakfast and free parking. Suggest book with the hotel direct.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was a generous size with all the amenities that we needed. The spa was clean, spacious, relaxing. The restaurant food was delicious. What stood out most was the amazing service from all the staff we encountered!

Weird place for a hotel, overlooking a disused race circuit. But the facilities are new and impressive, especially the spa. And the evening meal was great. Breakfast not so impressive but ok. Service pleasant. We went for an anniversary spa break and really enjoyed it. The package was good value for money.

I am writing this to express my disappointment with the recent experience my daughter and I had at your spa. She treated me to what was meant to be a relaxing day, but unfortunately, it fell far short of our expectations.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was professional and welcoming, which initially gave us a positive impression. However, the behavior of the spa staff was the complete opposite. They were rude, made no eye contact, and lacked basic professionalism, which dampened the experience before it even began.

To make matters worse, when we entered our room, we found residue in the toilet. While my daughter called reception, and this was eventually rectified, it was an unpleasant start to our visit. At dinner, we were seated behind the welcome desk and felt as though we were being rushed through our meal. We were also charged £6.25 for a bottle of water and £4 each as a service charge, for what felt like subpar service. The meal has triggered IBS and I am having a very uncomfortable night.

Additionally, both my daughter and I had massages that were far from relaxing. Instead of a soothing experience, it felt as though we were being "beaten up" by the masseuses, leaving us feeling physically uncomfortable rather than rejuvenated.

Overall, we are deeply disappointed with the service we received. My daughter had hoped to give me a special day, but we were left feeling let down at every stage.
