Hotel is not as advertised the photos used are clearly from years ago and looks nothing like the pictures now
the shower was dirty and difficult to use when we tried to turn it off it scolded my legs and stomach
The tv remote doesn’t work and the room stunk of cigarettes and weed the bed was uncomfortable I wouldn’t recommend staying here banging around all hours of the night and other residents smoking weed on the door step
You also have to go across the road to book in where they ask for ID and a further £25 for DAMAGES?! there is no mention of this when booking online

Was a nice place , decor nice clean |Ideal location for the beach & concerts at the BIC . I stayed in 603 which is in the basement. Nice room but could have done with having a chair at the desk . If you have mobility issues stay in the main hotel. As you have to cross the road to check in . There is also a code needed for main door. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again

Super efficient clean and welcoming lodge. Room was lovely. Very accommodating , short walk to beach and pier. Nice quiet location. Amazing pub breakfast next door , room had tea and coffe making. Private bathroom with shower. Fan. Iron. Hairdryer.would highly recommend. And I’ll be back. Staff were super helpful and friendly

Booked last minute and stayed here for a night with my partner. For the price we paid, we had a decent room, very good quality tea and coffee in the room as well as all the standard amenities. It exceeded our expectations.

I do not recommend this place my wife poisoned herself with water from the hotel and has been in hospital for two days. The service is not had from that young lad at the reception smells and is not nice to customers we stayed there for several weeks every resident complains .... mould in the fridges stench and worst of all MY WIFE HAS BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL FOR TWO DAYS she has poisoned herself with water . I do not recommend you go in happy you come out hurt and disappointed .... A dog in a kennel has more order than this hotel . Manager is not nice shows fingers , shouts after customers .... why is this place out of control and the staff laugh in your face .. every few days he raises the price upwards of 120 percent ... I do not recommend unless you want to get sick like my wife .

.We were staying there around 27th of august and they gave that smelly room 604. Im trying to get money for that night as we paid £276 for 2 nights(stayed only one at the end) and they are refusing to give us money back for first night. We woke up to water leaking from middle of the ceiling on top of the bed ,after reporting they unhappily relocated us to another room. This hotel need to stop booking unsutable rooms and taking money for it.I have photos and video to prove the case.

The hotel has a brilliant location with free parking which was good for a town centre stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will visit again. From the front of the hotel you can see the sea, the beach is a 10 minute walk and also the town centre only took us 5 minutes t be at the BIC.

Stayed at this hotel quite a few times.will be going back.close to beach/town.free parking.great location.|Maria on reception was very helpful,a real credit to the hotel.rooms clean and spacious.lilly coffee machine in the room.which is a nice touch.great value for money.I highly recommend this hotel.
