This is a fabulous place to stay in a beautiful setting. Brianne and Luke are thoroughly professional hosts who understand the importance of attention to detail and are completely committed to ensuring that their guests have a lovely stay. Our room was spacious, light and stylish. The dining room is charming with views of the lovely garden. I only wish the weather had been better doing our visit so that we could have taken advantage of the sitting out areas on the patio - a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine.

Fabulous two night stay B&B in room 1. Broom House itself is super clean after being greeted by Luke. All light and airy and the welcome is just as it should be, informative, pleasant and easy guide to your room. We have been a few times now and the standards keep getting better each time. Breakfast cooked to order and served to you by Brianne, who is always cheerful and chatty with up to date information. The revised patio area is a joy to sit and relax. The other plus is the nearby Postgate to eat either lunchtime or dinner, a treat!!

Lovely stay for 3 nights at Broom House. Our second visit and standards are as high as ever. Brianann and Luke are super hosts and cook delicious breakfasts to suir your requirements. All very relaxed with good places nearby to eat in the evening. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Everything is done in a relaxed and friendly way which must belie the real hard work of offering such terrific hospitality. ||Egton Bridge is an ideal spot to explore this fabulous corner of North Yorkshire and if, like us, you took to the moors for a strenuous hike, then what could be better than returning to the utter comfort and peace of a room at Broom House? Simply superb.

Broom House is great, the location is wonderful, the breakfast is to die for, but the hosts Brianne & Luke tip it over the edge into exceptional. We stayed for 5 fabulous nights and by the time we left we were exchanging hugs and I damn near changed my will to put them in it!|We could go on forever, but won't, other than to say we have travelled the world for 30 years and stayed in top notch places everywhere, and this humble location in North Yorks made us feel more at home than 99% of the rest. |If you're visiting the area and need a place to stay, and this location and bed and breakfast is your thing, just book it. |Very many thanks to Brianne & Luke for making us feel so welcome.

We have stayed here twice. Brianne and Luke are excellent hosts. By the time we left we felt part of the family, without any cooking and cleaning!|Our suite was spacious, spotless and with a very comfortable super king bed.|Breakfast was typically Yorkshire, cooked to perfection, with an excellent fresh fruit and yogurt starter. There are various alternatives, but who needs them.|The farewell ginger cake was excellent!||There are many ways to get in and out of Whitby from Egton Bridge. A bus passes the house and the station is a scenic half mile walk. Just a tip, make sure the bus is running (Whitby Tourist Information are really helpful in this respect). The bus company only have one bus on that route and it broke down during our stay, entailing a hasty drive to Park and Ride with wasted rail tickets for the return!

A truly beautiful home, extremely stylish and elegant yet cosy too. Brianne and Luke could not have done anything more to make us feel welcome and our stay so wonderful. Nothing is perfect but this comes close. So peaceful. Don't hesitate,just book it.
