I started attending the physio-led Pilates class to address ongoing hip pain, and the difference it has made is incredible. My hip pain has reduced significantly, and I feel much stronger and more mobile.

Andrea is both professional and approachable, creating a supportive and welcoming environment. She takes the time to ensure each exercise is done correctly and adapts movements to suit individual needs, which made a big difference for me.

The class size is small, which allows for plenty of personal attention, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend this class. It’s been a fantastic experience!

I can’t recommend Danielle highly enough! She has been incredible in helping me with my back and neck problems. From the very first session, she worked to loosen everything up, and I noticed a significant reduction in pain almost immediately. Had a trapped nerve in the neck and sought professional help. Had 6 weeks of therapy which really helped and the pain subsided naturally with the proscribed exercises. I still have some pain and taking anti inflammatory meds and can tell its getting better.

Thank you so much Jo, for first class Physiotherapy sessions over the past few months. I was amazed at how effective the sessions were for my hip, lower back and migraine pain. The exercises, stretches and Acupuncture all helped enormously. I am now just two days post operative from my hip replacement surgery and am convinced that you have prepared me for a good recovery.

After suffering pain from a frozen shoulder for a number of weeks eventually booked in with Andrea. After a couple of consultations with treatment and recommended exercises to follow, have now been discharged, to all intents and purposes pain free and movement restored.Thanks to Andrea for her diagnosis and recommendations. Absolutely brilliant clinic.

Andrea has made such a huge difference to my daughter's life following a very difficult couple of spinal surgeries. She has been endlessly supportive and professional, always kind but with enough push when needed to get things moving in the right direction. She has always been quick to respond and get us booked in when needed and has liaised with other medical professionals to advocate for my daughter.

I genuinely do not know how we would have got through the last few years without her support and efforts. I would recommend her so highly and urge anyone who is struggling physically to make an appointment.

The clinic is always clean, warm and welcoming, but feels private and professional too.
