Very poor service. I had visit this saloon previously 3 times already with same haircut and paid £21, but this time I had worst service, I had an appointment booked a week ago, today was the day but the Emma who had cut my hair previously told me today my hair is curly I had to pay additional cost which it does not show on the broacher, she does not know how to talk to people and have very bad attitude toward customer, I have never felt anger with someone but Emma tested my patience today, I do not recommend anyone to go to this salon after this service I had, the worst part of it, I had good experience in the past, she just ruined my day, the end day she lost customer and lost money…I managed to go to another salon which same price and much more friendly.

Emma not sure if you were on bad mood today but not need to treat customer disrespectful, you should always treat customer with respect they deserve

Went to the salon first time last Saturday for a wash cut blow dry,and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience the staff were very friendly and chatty. Made me feel at ease whilst getting my hair done,so much so I've booked my daughter in for a trim this is our new hairdressers now (only Chrissy client thou) thanks guys keep up your good work

Very very poor service. Emma was very rude . I have never come across anyone as rude and unbothered as Emma. She was rude to me in front of another customer getting her nails done. Just shows how much she cares. Very unprofessional . I actually booked with Groupon, so first time I was going to this salon. From the day I rang to book my appointment she was rude on the phone, her attitude was unprofessional. I still let that slip and went ahead with my appointment. Because of her attitude , I told her I wanted to cancel my appointment as she said she couldnt do a wash cut and blow dry because she had to pick the kids up from school and only give me a dry cut , even though I had paid for a wash cut and blow dry. I do not recommend anyone to go to this salon. Emma is the worse person on the phone and in person I have ever met. If she can't handle appointments being on groupon she should take the salon off there. They are obviously on Groupon as they are not doing so well, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was due to emma!!

Had my nails done by Charmaine she literally gave my feet life! Great service and i love the fact it's a kinda one stop beauty shop! (They do hair, nails, tanning, waxing...) Had my eyebrows done too!! Left smiling with a spring in my step. Thank you x

I went for luxury facial with girl called Hayley,honestly the best facial i ever had,she definitely have a God gift to do massage,it was amazing experience and definitely will book again xx

Nail saloon with massage therapy. Had a full body massage via groupon. The massaur was friendly and specific to the massage. Good environment. Would go again. Watch the parking as on main road.

Awful customer service, I rang up to book an appointment and I got told she is with another customer and ring back. Which I did about 20 times but no-one picked up. If it wasn't for the voucher I already have purchased I would never go to this place. Disgusting attitude towards their customers.
