Rob and his team catered for my partner's 50th birthday at a house in the Silverlake Park/Resort near Weymouth. From initial contact 9 months ago to drying up the last plate this weekend, Rob and his team were superb.
The menu was hugely impressive, with every dish looking like a winner. Whittling our choices down was the hardest thing we had to do.
Rob's team turned up 90 minutes before kick off and proceeded to turn the ordinary dining room table into show-home feature, while Rob got to work in our very ordinary kitchen (four burners and one oven) to create some stunning food which everyone absolutely loved. He was also happy to share food tips and ingredient suggestions.
We were all a bit sad when it was all over, but the kitchen and dining room were spotless, with only a solitary napkin left behind to show they'd even been there.
I cannot recommend Brown Goose highly enough!!! You will not be disappointed.

We hired Brown Goose to cater for our wedding this year and we would highly recommend. Lots of choice, easy to flex on specifics and also with a vegan in the couple this didn’t limit choice or quality either. We had many compliments on the food (3 course sit down and American style buffet in the evening) and we too enjoyed ourselves! Rob is very friendly and easy to work with, and even did a taste evening in our own house. Thank you so much!

Where to begin with the wonderful Rob?!

We first contacted Rob in January 2023 when we booked our wedding at Deans Court in Wimborne. Rob was super responsive and was so helpful when we were chatting through our ideas for the food. We decided to go for canapés for the drinks reception and then sharing plates for the main courses. We asked Rob for roast potatoes, sliced roasted meats, macaroni cheese and a variety of salads. For dessert, we opted for the strawberry trifle and chocolate brownie and again these were on plates where our guests could mix and match.

We got married on July 5th and our guests are still telling us how amazing the food was. There was so much of it too which was perfect to soak up all of the pimms and wine.

I’m so glad we booked Rob to be our wedding caterer. He’s professional, friendly, organised and a brilliant chef. Just what you need! I would highly recommend him for any event and anyone getting married at Deans Court.

I cannot recommend Rob and his team highly enough. He catered for our wedding and laid on a BBQ that was loved by everyone. The food was superb, plus the buffet later and canopies at the start of the day. Highly professional, relaxed and seemless. 10/10.

Rob and his team did a fantastic job catering for our wedding in June!
He was very professional with great customer service and the food on the day was really delicious - so many of our guests complimented it!
