This is a hidden gem that perfectly blends charm, comfort, and hospitality. From the moment you arrive, the warm welcome from the staff makes you feel right at home. Our room , number 1, was beautifully appointed, combining modern amenities with rustic touches that reflect the character of the building . There was every amenity available in the room from teas, coffee, iron and ironing board!|The breakfast was exceptional, with a menu full of delicious, options. The cozy atmosphere of the inn, paired with its stunning countryside surroundings, makes it an ideal retreat for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility , great service from Lorraine and all the staff ( can’t forget Michelle) at the bar. Thank you!

Went for dinner here last night for the first time and what more can I say apart from it’s very good. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely go again. The pie was amazing! Good wine list, although bottles were just opened and put on the table, as opposed to us being asked to taste and then poured. That aside we were very happy - thank you.

Wow what an amazing meal. Booked for my partner's birthday. Fabulous food , friendly and attentive staff. Really couldn't fault it. Best meal out in Lincolnshire...beats The Jews House Restaurant!

We were amazed at the size of the room we were staying in, huge grand bed, TV, chairs and changing area with a large en-suite shower. The bed was so comfy and the countryside so quiet we both slept soundly. The 3-course meal at night was sumptuous. Delicious and filling. The full English breakfast was cooked to perfection and the Sunday lunch we had before we left kept us full all day. Lovely quiet walks to be had around the village. Hosts made us feel welcome throughout our visit.

Went with friends for dinner. I can not wait to go again as the food was super. The starters all looked great, but I can't imagine future visits will ever see me venture past the Lincolnshire Poacher Soufflé! A totally enjoyable experience.

What a beautiful country hotel and restaurant in a lovely old village. Every attention to detail has been captured with gorgeous decoration. |The food in the restaurant is fantastic and Lorraine and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Great breakfast too. |Will definitely be going back.

What a gem. It was our first visit and far exceeded our expectations for our wedding anniversary celebration. From the moment we walked in, the staff were so friendly, efficient and welcoming. Our meal was cooked to perfection and our room was amazing. The breakfast the following morning was just as good. One thing that struck me was that although there didn't seem to be any managerial presence, every member of staff, without exception, went out of their way to make our visit memorable. We will certainly be returning in the future.
