We had a fantastic weekend at Bryn Derwen and will definitely stay again when we return. Lyn and Mark are such welcoming, friendly hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is ideally placed in Llandudno. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Lovely bed linen and very comfortable beds. Cafetière and coffee in the room was a bonus. We sat outside in the evenings with our drinks from the bar. The breakfast was outstanding, and set us up for the day. A wide selection of fresh fruits and cereals are available, as well as a delicious hot breakfast prepared by Mark. We visited the local whisky distillery, which was well worth the visit, and took a trip on the funicular up the Great Orme. The sea front is only 10 minutes away.

We had everything we could possibly need and all was spotless with lovely furnishings and a really beautiful, interesting building. Room 3 was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts were excellent with so much choice and everything fresh. Parking was easy and the location very convenient as it is just a few minutes walk from the seafront and restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful stay and were made so welcome by fabulous hosts Lyn and Mark.

Lyn & Mark were fantastic hosts. Spotlessly clean (and we are very particular). Lovely B&B and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely hosts. Highly recommend this B&B. Breakfast selection was excellent and so fresh. Will return soon.

This guest house is outstanding in every way. The hosts, Mark and Lyn, are friendly and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. We instantly felt at home and valued. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented with a lovely en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle. Everything was modern and tastefully decorated. There were complimentary bottles of soft drinks in our room on arrival, daily packets of biscuits, cookies and chocolates. There was even a small bottle of milk for tea and coffee, and bottles of water, replenished daily. The bed was extremely comfortable with top quality bed linen. The curtains are blackout style allowing for a great nights sleep. |The breakfast was superb and of the highest quality, rivalling five star hotels and cruise ships we have been on. Hot food was ordered the night before and there was a great range of options to choose from including vegetarian sausage, full English breakfast, fresh croissants and pain au chocolates. The help yourself buffet breakfast had a vast array of fresh fruit, fruit yoghurts, Greek yoghurt, cereals and porridge. There were four types of bread to choose from for toast! Mark asked us if there was anything else we would like for breakfast that wasn’t on the menu and offered to get it for us for the next day. Service was very attentive by Lyn, who checked every morning if we were still happy with our hot breakfast choices from the night before so they could be changed if necessary. There was great attention to detail with crisp white tablecloths, very generous portions and soft background music. |There is a lovely lounge area with a bar for evenings. The drinks are vey reasonably priced and there is a very comprehensive range. Mark and Lyn are always on hand to chat and make recommendations of places to eat for evening meals and also suggested fabulous walks and things to do in the day time. |We cannot recommend this Bed and Breakfast guest house highly enough. The location is perfect within easy walking distance of the town, the sea front, West Shore and the tram for the Great Orme. We loved it here and are already looking at dates for our next trip!

Fantastic, no problems at all, very clean, comfortable bed. Quiet and a top quality breakfast.....no cheap alternatives.|Very friendly owners who couldn't do enough for you. If you see availability, get it booked. |It's located close to the pier and pubs and restaurants nearby. Recommend the Cottage Loaf and The Snowden pubs for good food and drinks.

We stayed here over the Easter weekend,
Dave & lyn were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Lyn and Mark make you feel so welcome, the bedrooms are delightful we had to great nights sleep and then you wake to a beautiful breakfast with everything you need to set you up for the day.||Living and breakfast rooms delightful and with a nice bar and drinks very reasonably priced it has everything you could ask for to relax and have a great relaxing stay, parking at back of road is just another added bonus, will be back to stay when in llandudno as the Bryn Derwen made a very good weekend into a great weekend.
