Adam catered for our wedding and it was out of this world, the food, the service and the atmosphere Adam created was incredible. I would thoroughly recommend his services, if any occasions crop up in the future that require a chef I will be getting in touch! He was faultless, and the way he left the kitchen after was spotless. Adam was our caterer for our wedding, everything from canapes to wedding brunch to evening food. Everything was superb and we had a lot of compliments about the food, as well as empty plates! Adam was professional and helpful, offering suggestions to keep us within our budget. We could not recommend Bubbling Butter highly enough. We used Bubbling Butter Catering for a Networking Event at Melton Building Society on Wednesday 15th November. I can't speak highly enough of Adam and his team for there organisation and communication leading up to the event. They were always on hand for any questions we had. Adam came to visit our Principal Office a few weeks before our event to discuss plans.

On the day, they served bowl food which were delicious! They provided all the equipment. We have received some fantastic feedback from guests about the quality of the food and service. The food was served in a quick and effective manner.

A huge thank you to Adam and the team at Bubbling Butter Catering. 100% would use again and would recommend to anybody looking for a events caterer.

I booked Adam for my 60th birthday Ceilidh and could not have been happier!
He had a variety of options to chose from for our 90 guests and we decided on an Italian theme of lasagne and Mac and cheese with ham hock together with beautiful salads and garlic bread. He also accommodated the various guests with specific allergies.
He and his staff arrived promptly in advance and prepared the food then served it from the servery equipment that he had brought.
The quality of the food was fabulous and absolutely delicious. He also provided vegetarian options which were just as amazing! All of the guests were really impressed. His attention to detail was superb!
He also brought with him a front of house team to serve the food and clear tables during and after the party who were efficient and charming.
We were also grateful for the fantastic 3 tier birthday cake that Adam’s wife made for the occasion. What a team!
If you require reliable and quality catering, I can’t recommend Adam and Bubbling Butter highly enough!

Wow!!! This man has it all.. Travelled 2 hrs to bring us a fine dining experience for my wife’s 40th. The passion Adam has for his food shines through on the plate. Not only that he explained what ingredients went in and how the food was prepared,which made it a great experience for our 15 guests. Thanks again chef you are the man.

Adam and his team at Bubbling Butter were our caterers for our wedding in September 2023 and they were incredible!

From meeting with Adam to create a menu for our wedding (which included a vague description of a starter we once had - which he managed to recreate!) to the the 3 course meal on our wedding day with pizza buffet in the evening. The whole process was just so perfect and stress free, plus everything tasted amazing! We had so many positive comments about the food from our friends and family.
