We have just enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay at Bucklawren Farmhouse B & B , at St. Martin , a mile or two up the hill above Looe in beautiful South Cornwall. ||Beautiful location for this pretty picture perfect farmhouse , with stunning views across farm fields to the harbour and the sea .||Really lovely place - comfortable clean rooms with plenty of storage space , really comfortable bed , tea and coffee facilities , lovely bathroom with a really good shower , amazing views from the room , great breakfasts , plenty of car parking on site , and the host , Jo , couldn't have done more to make us feel comfortable and welcome .||One of the nicest B & B's we have ever been to - can't wait to go back again !!!

We had a 1 week stay at Bucklawren Farm. It was a great experience for me, my wife, and my parents. The owner of the farm (Jo), is a verry nice lady who makes a great breakfast and answers all your questions with a smile.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights to attend a wedding locally. Jo met us at the door - very welcoming. The room we booked matched the descriptions perfectly. All facilities were of a high quality and clean. The bed was very comfortable and shower/bathroom very good. There was an added benefit of a fridge in the room.||Jo helped us with any questions and recommendations and even went the extra mile to lend us some items we’d forgotten||The location is beautiful and remote with a stunning sea view.||Breakfast was cooked fresh and very tasty - again Jo was happy to accommodate requests||We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will return if we’re visiting the area again - maybe for longer in one of the lodges - they look equally as good as the B&B.

We stayed here with family to go to a wedding and had a lovely time. The bedrooms were spacious and well furnished with a great conservatory and garden for meeting up. And Jo was great - friendly and so helpful. She also does a very good breakfast. We all agreed that we'd be back!

We first met Jo in 2019, on the back of family illness and unsure whether our ‘hospital authorised’ weekend away would even be possible. ||From the moment we spoke to her on the phone for the first time, we felt ‘safe’ in Jo’s hands - not just hosting our accommodation and breakfast - but checking local hospital facilities …… just in case🤞🏻||We had the best, long weekend, testament to which we’ve returned 5-6 times since. Jo makes us feel so comfortable that, when we’re out and about around Cornwall for the day, we all refer to ‘going home’ to Bucklawren at night🤩||I think that’s the point, Jo makes her guests feel at home, accommodating needs and special requests, looking after everyone, greeting us all with a cheery smile, whatever may be going on for her personally. ||It’s a little piece of sanctuary to visit and forget about all the mundane and monotony of post pandemic life.

Beautiful location amidst stunning countryside. Our host, Jo, was friendly and helpful with local knowledge and suggestions. Excellent breakfasts, comfortable clean rooms and a relaxing atmosphere all contributed to a wonderful three-night stay.

This is a lovely B&B that we cannot fault in any way. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a nice lounge and sun room for customer use. The location is perfect being only a short drive from Looe. There is a wonderful choice for breakfast which is perfectly cooked.

Jo was warm and welcoming after our long journey. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the area and was happy to recommend places to visit. Although we opted for Polperro. Our stay was very short but we plan to return as soon as we can.|Jo’s breakfasts are very good, she uses all fresh ingredients. |We thoroughly recommend Bucklawren Farm as a place to stay and travel from around the area.
