We had a warm welcome from Sue at the farm, the accommodation is clean and dog-friendly. A super location for walking and mountain biking and horse riding too I would guess, although I can’t ride a horse! Sue’s son has a coffee shop/snack bar on-site which serves a very good flat white and is rightfully a huge hit with both locals and cyclists alike. Two really good pubs in the village as well.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at Bulmer Farm for the second year running. It is a magical place, and Sue is a lovely host. My photos show No. 3, a beautiful self-contained flat.

Sue is a great hostess-very helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was lovely-as was the bathroom, and even though it was really hot weather both were comfortably cool! Very peaceful place to stay-lovely views and Sue told us about a near-by walk which we took up to Leith Hill-highly recommended. Breakfast was very good-in a lovely large dining room. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the lack of filter coffee-just a small thing, and more of an issue with my husband than me. Our room was next to the kitchen area/office (I can't remember the number) so we did hear Sue getting things ready in the morning-again, it didn't bother us as we are early risers, but if you prefer a lie-in might be best to ask for one further down. Would definitely go back if in the area again.

From the moment I arrived sue made me feel right at home throughout my stay and nothing was too much trouble! The room was absolutely immaculate and had a lot of original character of the place like beautiful oak beams throughout. The bed was amazingly comfortable and really nice shower, the view from the room was very picturesque when I woke in the morning and the cooked breakfast was rather scrumptious! The ground Columbian coffee I must add was the nicest coffee I’ve ever had! My stay was genuinely the loveliest experience I’ve ever had of any hotel or B&B and Sue really does deserve full credit, I will be coming back again just to stay a weekend at the farm, it was lovely 😊

We have just returned from a wonderful few days in beautiful sunny Surrey. We have stayed at Bulmer Farm many times and love it. The B&B rooms are great, clean and comfortable with a good sized shower room. Tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge add to the facilities. We had 3 rooms booked and everyone had a good time. The breakfast was buffet style and went down a treat. Thank you Sue for your wonderful hospitality.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage and were pleased with the level of comfort and equipment. Check in and parking were straightforward, the cottage a pleasure to stay in and breakfast (part of the deal) was tasty and plentiful. There were walks from the property and really good places to visit nearby. Restaurants nearby (Shere and Gomshall) were very good and there's a well stocked farm shop in Gomshall. Sue (our hostess) was welcoming and helpful - we'll very happily stay here again!

We stayed for a night to be in the heart of the cycling country around Surrey and Sue proved to be the perfect host. From accommodating our late arrival to delivering up the most delicious breakfast the next day, how whole experience was 5 star. It’s a beautiful setting, very peaceful and in the heart of the surrey hills. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at Bulmer Farm while attending a wedding at the village hall. Proximity to the halls was one of our main reasons for choosing Bulmer Farm, but in the end we got so much more than we were expecting.||||The twin room was cosy, lovely bathroom (very good shower!) and Sue couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was great (included in our room rate) with options for one of us who is vegan. Absolutely ideal for us, and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Sue!
