We had a really lovely 3 night stay at Burton Grange B&B. It's set in beautiful countryside with great views, very peaceful too. The bed was extremely comfy and Will's breakfast really set us up for the day. Would definitely like to revisit!

As a rule, I don't tend to do reviews, but on this occasion, I thought I would make an exception. My wife and I have just spent 3 nights at BGF and it was delightful. Will and Sophie were the perfect hosts and we appreciated all their efforts in making our stay such an enjoyable one. The location is idyllic and perfect for anyone wanting peace and serenity for a few days. Apart from the location, the breakfast is a winner and sets you up for the day. We have stayed in some lovely locations over the years, but this is one I would definitely return. The icing on the cake was meeting the two lovely rescue kittens and seeing the horses and hens roam freely in the adjacent fields.||Simon

We stayed for 4 nights in the Knaresborough Castle room. This room may have Victorian style furnitures buth these are of no use at all. No closet to hang your clothes. Bed is normal size. There is a spacious en-suite bathroom with new walk in rainshower but with very poor water supply, The room and breakfast room are spotlesly clean.|Breakfast was delicious and there was a great list to chose from, also for vegetarians.|The farm is on a beautifull remote location but this meant the internet was very unreliable. Also the wifi didn't work most of the times.|Sophie and Will are very nice hosts but because of the working farm had little time for a chat and because we were the only guests we were a little disappointed in that regard.

We booked because of all the positive reviews, and so glad we did. Stayed in the Fountains Abbey room, which was very comfortable. Our hosts were very welcoming and we felt very much at home in our surroundings. The breakfasts were a real delight and the hotels recommended for evening meals in the area were excellent. Enjoyed visiting Fountains Abbey and the Water Gardens, as well as Ripon Cathedral and city.

Will and Sophie are lovely hosts. My room was very comfortable and spotless. There was a great choice for breakfast and the food was very good. If, like me, you like cats, there's a very friendly one who's happy to be made a fuss of. I would definitely stay here again.

Delightful hosts, Sophie and Will, who went to great lengths to cater for all our needs. Lovely room with an en-suite bathroom and heavenly comfortable king sized bed. The breakfast was lovely - cooked to order and with plenty of choice together with cereals, fruit juices,fresh fruit and yoghurt. There are views out over horses in the fields, house martins nesting in the eaves of the barn and one very resplendent proud peacock strutting his stuff around the farm!

Our stay at Burton Grange was outstanding both Sophie and Will couldn't have been more welcoming. The accommodation was first class the location stunning. We will certainly visit again but only if we can stay at Burton Grange.

Our five night stay in this lovely farmhouse provided the peace and comfort we were hoping for. The view from our very comfortable upstairs room over a field where horses grazed and hens rooted around was very calming. At night, absolute silence and zero light pollution encouraged deep sleep. It was hard not to over-indulge in the ample breakfast each morning but at least we didn't need lunch. Will and Sophie were charming hosts who work very hard to ensure that guests can relax and feel pampered. Thank you.||||Richard and Pamela, Sheffield
