Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! We stayed here for my partners birthday and we had the loveliest time! Hilary was the perfect host, on hand when he got there and made us an amazing breakfast in the morning! Cannot wait to go back when we have chance!

Stayed here over new year's with my Girlfriend, and it was an absolute delight.
Hilary provided a top class service and was utterly welcoming and accomodating.

It's in a quiet area and would be amazing for stargazing on a clear night.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in the Garden room which has beautiful ethnic furnishings and the most amazing views of what seemed to be endless skies and gorgeous sunsets. Hilary and Nick were great hosts, being warm and friendly and full of information about where to eat and visit. We found them to be very kind and caring. Hilary’s breakfast was something extra special. We look forward to visiting again.

Great location and superb if you want somewhere quiet to relax. Hilary your host cooks a lovely breakfast and goes out of her way to make your stay special.|Highly recommend and we hope to return in the near future as loads to do in the nearby vicinity

Hilary is a fantastic host , the breakfast was amazing the whole place grounds etc etc very relaxing. Hilary had made contact with us to help with taxis so communication is great the directions she gave us perfect as it is in a secret location, but do not let that put you off the peace and quiet are worth it.

My new husband and I were the first guests in the brand new garden room, on our wedding night and for a night after to relax. ||Hilary, Nick, Beau, Lulu, Grey and minx were the perfect hosts. The cooked breakfast was lovely. Anything we needed they were happy to accommodate. It’s in a beautiful part of Leicestershire and lots of nice walks nearby. The bed was super comfy and it was nice to have the sofa to sit out and look across the countryside. Sadly we didn’t get to use the outside patio but we are hoping to return for our anniversary and use it then!

The B&B was set in a beautiful and quiet location. You’d easily forget that it’s not far from the M1. ||We had a wonderful night and loved the room. ||||The host was fantastic and welcoming. Breakfast was set out in the garden. ||||We would definitely come again.
