Carole has created for me a fabulous hair barrette in copper. [I had never heard the word before - it's like a grip that holds your hair in a bun or bunch.] It has four open spirals, several loops and a pin with a tight spiral on the end. It's a beautiful thing and is functional: not only does it work but it is also flexible so I can have my hair tied tight or loose. Her work is really lovely and the price was really nice too.
