I stayed at Cadleigh Manor last night, and will be back in a week. Steve and Sharon are wonderful — friendly, helpful. My room was great. And the breakfast was great. They offered far more food than I (or the other two guests) could eat.

We stayed here last weekend. The room was neat and clean, and we slept really well on the comfortable bed. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation and our hosts' attentiveness - from providing fresh milk for our morning tea, preparing extra breakfast items for our fussy toddler to washing up our travel mugs for us. The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed chatting with our hosts. ||We also really appreciated our hosts providing a fire pit so we could enjoy a quiet moment and watch the sky on a beautiful starry night.||Highly recommend staying here for anyone needing accommodation in the Ivybridge area.

We stayed at Cadleigh Manor in Feb 2023||Nice and easy to find, just behind the big Tesco store. ||Friendly greeting by the proprietor and we were shown to our room up in the eaves of what is a large farmhouse surrounded by barns and countryside. ||Room consisted of a huge super-king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. ||Room was spotlessly clean and the WiFi worked well. Decent mobile signal on 3 too. ||Power sockets by the bed were welcome for charging phones overnight and a lovely tray of tea and coffee making facilities was supplied. Also a lovely touch with home made shortbread upon arrival. ||Fresh milk was left outside the door in a flask for morning coffee. ||A good night’s sleep was had, house was very quiet and we rose refreshed for the breakfast the next morning (our order had been taken when we arrived)||Breakfast was served around a round table where all guests dined together. There was a good selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juice and of course a full English. We chose the full English which was delicious and accompanied by a cafetière of fresh coffee. ||Overall this stay was great value for money and we would recommend Cadleigh Manor a place to stay if you are a fan of rooms with some character rather a boring travel lodge 🙂

Accomodation was required prior to my daughters wedding and as we were responsible for transporting the bridal arty dresses we had major concerns about space in our room. Sharon saved the day allowing us a spare room to store and hang the dress for 2 nights. The rooms are comfortable, clean and cosy. The beds are extremely comfortable which ensured a good night sleep. Beautiful cooked breakfast and the added treat of homemade shortbread in the evening put the icing on the cake. Perfectly located with a lovely sunny terrace to admire the garden. Sharon and Steve were the perfect host. Nothing isto much trouble for them to make your stay memorable.| Outlandish visit

Great hospitality and warm, personal welcome. The owners are very helpful and their service is outstanding. Beautiful garden, very comfortable bed and fantastic full English breakfast. Home made marmelade, honey, shortbread and many more. Highly recommended!

Me and my sister had a lovely overnight stay, sadly wrong stayed one night. Sharon and Steve were so welcoming and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Homemade shortbread in the room a lovely touch and the homemade marmalade sublime. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic ! We were in the Studio which has its own kitchen and lovely sunny outdoor / patio area where we were able to have drinks on both nights we were there. Excellent breakfasts . Sharon and Steve are excellent hosts . Good location near the A38. We will hopefully be back next year.

I had to find somewhere to stay at short notice and I found the annexe at Cadleigh, what a find! It was just perfect, beautifully comfortable and lovely extras left for me..... homemade marmalade and shortbread, bacon, sausages and eggs! Sharon was a perfect host and couldn't have been more helpful. I had breakfast on a pretty terrace each morning looking at their beautiful garden. I would be very happy to return!
