Desperately disappointed, best to avoid I'm sorry to say. The "baked" potato was microwaved and entirely undercooked with very little filling, no butter and the chilli con carne was quite clearly from a can, likely from Tesco on the corner. The service was strange. I had to ask twice whether we ordered at the counter and when I asked for a "baked" potato I was told there were none left. I could see one sitting on display. We laughed when a woman then climbed the stairs from the ramshackle basement eating area with a bowl full of "baked" potatoes. Anyhow, we won't be returning which is a shame as we live 100 metres away and have a keen eye for baked potatoes.

This used to be a great cafe many years ago. They have ran this place down to the ground the food is so cheap and tasteless. And place is so quite used to be buzzing with people. I think this must be a change of ownership. Honestly speaking I think they should close the place it doesn’t even look Viable

I used to be a very frequent customer, I used to go Monday to Friday to enjoy my tuna sandwich which was absolutely amazing
But since the staff changed, the quality, the speed and the service it’s not the same
From 10 it dropped to 1!!!!
The first time I got my bread all black and the tuna look watering, then the second time a blond girl was VERYY RUDE to me
The 3er time, my tuna sandwich didn’t have mayonnaise
I asked if it had, they told me it did have mayonnaise, but that was so dry!!!!
I’m really disappointed for the service and quality! I really hoped it could come back to be similar like before
I tried 3 times, but every chance was very disappointing!!!!!!
I’m really sorry that the 2 women that used to work in the coffee shop left
They were absolutely amazing!!!
Very fast and very good quality in everything!!!!
The first time I went, the guy took 5 min to do just one sandwich
Before used to be less than 1 min and even better!!!
I really hope my feedback will be taken to improve!!!!

Ordered sandwich with avocado, roast tomatos, home made chilli and tomato chutney and salad. It was to takeaway so I didn't notice until I unwrapped it and started eating it that it had the smallest amount of unseasoned avocado and barely roasted tomato. No flavour. No home made chilli and tomato chutney, but this wasn't mentioned. Cost about £4.20 as well

So this small Cafe next to our hotel (The Tommyfield) is a real gem. Two really professional women did the service. The coffee (Latte with oat milk and Cappuccino) was great and the breakfast options are numerous from Croissants or bread with honey or eggs in very different styles... everything arranged very tasteful or made fresh... It was the perfect spot for breakfast before we took the bus on the other side of the street in direction of the city...

Ordered baked potatos with tuna, steamed veggies and greek salad on a side. Potatos were boiled not baked. Terribly undercooked. It was not tuna but mayo tuna corn from tesco probably on top of undercooked potato. The atmosphere was wierd from the start with one of the guys being annoyed by me and he was the one serving the order. I didnt escalate just finished what i could and left. Never be back again.

Love their specials! The lady was very nice and made my sandwich so quick.
