Hello we were in flowerland and decided to grab a bite to quick coffee and cake.

They took the order quickly which was nice, however you then had to stand around and wait 13 minutes to 2 coffees and 2 slices of cake.

It would be better if they had a numbering system to stop confusion if whose order it was , have everyone waiting in the same spot. Or maybe give a number and bring to the table.

They also didn't have pricing on all their food. Which meant not many folks were going for the pies and parties. It was only about an extra 70p to get the pasty which I would have done.

Cake tasted nice. Hot chocolate was OK.

Setting is nice and a great touch to have free tap water.

Just needs to speed up service for a better experience.
