My partner and I moved to Cotgrave a little over a month ago and had yet to try most of the local places. We had both had a long, rough day, so we decided to take a break from cooking and take wander to the local shops to get some take away.
We'd seen the cafe set up with tables and such in good weather and had been meaning to try this place, so we decided to go for it. Besides, some pizza sounded like the perfect treat. We ordered the double pepperoni and got the 10" for the two of us but if I could've fit 3 more slices in my belly, we would've gone back for another.
The second we opened the box and saw that cheesy goodness staring back at us, we each grabbed half the pizza and scarfed it down. The sauce was lovely and complemented the cheese and pepperoni perfectly. The crust was cooked to perfection and crispy enough that it crunched when you folded it to take a bite (yes, it's thin crust!). It feels like every other good family-owned pizzeria I've been to in that it is kind of just a little "hole in the wall" place but the people there really like food, so they make food you'll really enjoy eating.
All in all we were both very happy and will be back the next time we need some comfort food.

I honestly can't believe people rate this place. Awful pizza. In fact, was it even a pizza base Zero taste to it and swimming in cheese. 2 members of staff looked at me from behind the counter while I was waiting and didn't even acknowledge me. The place is a dive... pizza boxes, drinks, rubbish everywhere in the 'waiting area' so I just had to stand awkwardly in the middle of it all. And then I noticed how mouldy the drinks fridge was. Wow.

Extremely disappointing experience! 👎🏻The customer service was abysmal, and the pizza was a disaster. I ordered takeaway, the pizza was burnt, bitter, and had a cardboard-like crust - not safe to eat. Absolutely waste of money and time.
When I tried to explain the issue, the staff response was disappointing.🙁 I will never buy food from here again. The lack of quality control and customer care is staggering. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The replay given to my review is absolutely rubbish,no fare!!!!!!!!!! in what basis the owner said I reheat the pizza, i didn't said that, I order nearly 7.15 pm and I back to the shop around 7.45 pm and raise my issues. In what basis you said i reheat extra large pizza When I speak to the staff they said they can't do anything, they didn't mentioned about refund and behavior was wrong.

I buy extra large pizza and it was a disaster, not recommended to anyone, in the review already somebody submitted same issues. Very poor customer service.

Thank you for the lovely food. The food was really tasty. It did however, take a while to come. That said, it was Saturday night so to be expected. Would recommend. Sorry the photos don’t really do the food justice, I forgot to take some before we started eating. Thank you ☺️

We use the take away service online. Easy to use, pizza & kebabs always lovely. Good value & delivery is fairly quick even at busy times. It’s never been a problem.
Delivery drivers are always prompt, and seem to find our house ok. Tonight it was Dave, thanks mate.

First time ordering a couple of days ago, Had a kebab box and a couple of pizzas. Delivered hot and epic amount of food. Will 100% be ordering again.

Only comment is could you cut the pizza a little deeper as not cut all the way through otherwise brilliant experience

All the food was cold. If you like French fries you'll love the takeaway. Had the burger been warm it would be amazing. Chicken burnt and cold. First and last time I will use them. Just ordered the best pizza ever. Garlic bread with mushroom and cheese. Awesome.
