Food and drinks ok. Unfortunately the toilets have been out of use each time I visit .
I was told each time they were cleaning them.
The staff use them on a regular basis though as I sat there while drinking tea.

Start with what was good, a nice hot coffee. But you can't look at a menu as the scan to order doesn't work and they don't have all the food showing on the board. So you don't know what you are getting until it comes. Tomatoes and bacon cold. Just a small spoon of beans and no mushrooms as run out. Very expensive for what you get.

We had a not so nice experience while there. My 4 and 5 year old noticed “2 people in bed on top of each other” on the TV on the wall over my shoulder. This was on TV at 4pm in a cafe with kids present. Not a great choice from whoever picked the channels! They changed the channel once I’d asked but no one apologised or seemed very bothered.
Food-wise there’s a good cake and drink selection but not a lot of choice for meals and ironically there was no fish from the ‘world famous fish and chips’ menu.

I have popped in several times now whilst shopping in Sainsburys. The coffee is good when you get it, but more often than not the service is very slow (drinks are brought to your table) despite there normally being several staff behind the counter.
