Came here on a cycling trip, Google Maps took me on some mad route through the woods, muddy, slippery, all that, but got here and it was a nice spot to chill in, calm me down good, but I did not go that same way back.

09/10/2024 Edit: Another cycling trip, but much better route, anyway, lady on staff with the awesome hair style was brilliant, she recommended the Honduras coffee which was really nice. Good chill out before heading back.

Very friendly staff with great customer service and big smiles and a lovely atmosphere inside. Love the new coffee choices. Huge credit to Tyler, Pushka and Lily for making my visit so worth it and going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed ?

Tyler is the best Barista at this branch. I will come here and specifically wait for him to make my coffee cause he is the best. He has the best customer service. I would say he should get employee of the month. Thank you Tyler

I go to this cafe at least once a week, the staff is always welcoming. I love to seat by the big windows it’s almost like you are outside but warm and cozy. The coffee is lovely, you can craft it your own way just tell the barista! I experimented with my coffee and found my perfect combination which is oat milk latter with sugar free hazelnut syrup ( just one pump for me instead of usual 3 ?)! And if you want just a little extra treat a small bar of chocolate is yummy ?!

Nero is not my first pick for coffees, but this places has two very lovely ladies who just bring up many smiles when customers come in. I don’t know their names but I thank them deeply for giving such patient and caring customer services. Bless them! Wishing them the very best

Had a festive coffee for ourselves, and the dog wouldn't accept that he didn't get anything. I've asked the girls for some warm milk, and they were kind enough to satisfy our dog's demands it absolutely made his day ! Thanks

Great little coffee shop. My favourite place for a coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Can be a bit untidy at busy times.
