Cagneys is a very different cafe since refurbishment. The seating areas are very modern, making the place look brighter. The menu is quite basic but honest and there are fresh cakes for sale, which look delicious. I would appreciate tea pots, or large mugs, rather than rather small glasses, which cool down too quickly. We will come again.

I would userally give this place a 5 star, as I used to go here a few times a week however my last visit was the last time! The male manager with the glasses is extremely rude. I ordered a breakfast and asked for scrambled egg instead they gave me yokey eggs. I said to the manager it was wrong and he was very rude said what do you expect me to do and asked me if I was being funny! The two ladies that userally work there and the cook Terry are very friendly and always very chatty plus the food is good but I was not happy with my last visit and I wouldn't normally go online and give a bad review but because the man was so rude I have.

It is a great cafe with warm vibes. Very friendly warm staffs ✨️ Design of cafe is so beautiful as well. I suggest their turkish breakfast. It is excellent especially menemen😋

I happened to be in the Cowley centre with my daughter and I asked her if she'd ever been in Cagney's and she said no, so,as was it was lunch time we went.
First things, it's had a refurb. It was quite gloomy whereas now it's bright. I'm not sure it's meant to be this nice but it did change the atmosphere for the better.
We had a veggie and a vegan breakfast both were huge ,hot and beautifully cooked, plus service was fast. The only thing I would suggest would be that the toast comes unbuttered as my daughter doesn't have toast quite as soaked in butter on her toast but that is a small point.
Overall,we really enjoyed the meal.

They don't read the notes, on order. Keep putting the egg on the toast. When asked to put toast in a seperate bag. By the time it's delivered, the toast has soked up all the grease and juices from the mushrooms. It's disgusting. When are they ever going to read the notes when ordering on line. Plus they forget items and say the diver went without them giving all items. Shame, cause the staff are very friendly and welcoming

Had the large classic breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. Everything cooked to perfection. The flat white coffee was one of the best I've ever had. Went on Saturday the 18th May prior to the trip to Wembley for the play off final. Service was excellent. Well done Cagneys.
