Wow, Amazing B&B!!! Clare and her family were so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I considered it to be excellent value and a short walk to visit our family staying at the close by Caistor lakes for Christmas. Pastries, cereal and fruit for breakfast that was delivered to a private room within our self contained living space.

We stayed Christmas Eve on the morning of the big day Clare had made us personal crackers to open. She had a wealth of knowledge about the local area and we wish we could have chatted all day!

Fantastic home from home B&B.
The room was large , airy and freshly decorated. It was ideal for us with a private bathroom and breakfast area.
The hosts were very welcoming, we will be retuning later in year.

Omg this place is a gem❤️ it’s beautiful, Clare is so friendly nothing is to much trouble and the lemon curd served with the hot pastry’s this morning is to die for, will definitely be returning and telling everyone about this place. Thank you for a lovely stay x

This is a superb B&B. Lovely accommodation. Excellent service. Very welcoming and friendly owners. I cannot recommend this too highly. I will certainly be back there.
