When I first went in, there were a lot of options. My first impressions were that staff kepp this area very clean. 👌
The mango cake and coconut cake pieces were light, fluffy, and airy with lots of creams. I could really taste the mango in the cream of the mango cake. 🥭
Staff are very good and are very organised in what they do and prepared. I appreciate good service. 🫠
However, I wish they had a bit more on display despite it already being loaded with options. I wish they had the new cake box brownies, cupcakes, or cake cups.
However, their cakes will always taste AMAZING, creamy, light, and fresh either way. 🥰

I ordered a large cake for my son’s first birthday, and when I went to pick it up, I noticed the writing wasn’t straight—it looked completely uneven. When I pointed it out, the staff insisted it was fine and centered, but I asked them to redo it, which they eventually did. However, when I got home and placed the cake in the fridge, I was horrified to find that after a few hours, the cake had become bubbly and ruined! I’m incredibly disappointed, especially as I spent over £60 on this cake. It was meant to be special for my son’s first birthday, and I was so upset by the result.

Awful Service !!!
Ordered an 8” photo cake for my partners birthday. When I picked it up his face was squashed wider, it looked awful !!
The lady behind the counter went and got a man who said they had to make it square from a portrait photo ! Why they never rang or emailed me he couldn’t explain.
I paid £33.99 and couldn’t take the cake to our family party, it would have been so embarrassing for him so it went straight in the bin ..
Gutted !!! After complaining to the company they said they would put it down to experience A full refund and an apology would have been far better. Who has money to waste these days..
