Went to Calm Holistic therapy Centre using a Groupon voucher , first time using this lovely place which is on my doorstep.
Went with my friend jean and what a massage experience.
Welcome was lovely by Andrea a lovely lady .
Lovely surroundings ,which was calming with a beautiful aroma.
Plenty of reading material while I waited for my turn, and worth the wait.
She clearly knew her stuff and was excellent with her massage technic and pressure points.
Head massage, and facial.
Thank you Andrea.
Left feeling so calm relaxed and light as a feather.
We are booked in for 4 weeks.

Great pamper session at Calm tonight. Felt very relaxed there. Really enjoyed my massage and my nails and toe nails look great. Had eyebrows shaped too. Great experience and will definitely be going back. 😁 Thank you ladies, very welcoming atmosphere. 😁

Terrible got robbed. Bought voucher through Groupon. Called/messaged on the day that I was unwell, lady said she didn't want catch it so asked for refund. Voucher was redeemed before the appointment. Contacted Groupon who wanted confirmation from clam therpy never used voucher she did not reply so was unable to get refund.

The first time I came here and had a massage with Andrea, I thought what a little gem this place is!!
However I've been back since and could only book in with Anjali who pressed into my bones and causes me muscle pain which really lasted. She also massaged oil into my eyelids which was awful and left me with a swollen eyelid. Don't quite know how this place is still operating.

Andrea & Anjali have been my life savers since 2006, thanks to their amazing hands I have managed to be med free with my MS for 10years. Reflexology, massages, Hot-stone massages, Hot-stone facials, Indian head massage, Hopi ear candles have all been undertaken over the years, and on the odd occasion I have gone elsewhere via gifts no one has ever impressed me or had the results I have here.

terrible service!! Rang several times to arrange an appointment for me and my friend. No answer
Send emails asking for a call back / confirmation in regards to a package deal I found on groupon to see if they have free appointments before I buy. . even after 10 days and chase up email nothing. Wonder if they are " too busy" for special deal customers. VERY disappointing as it was suppose to be a xmas present. Will go elsewhere.
