What a lovely time we had at this spa hotel. Met my friend for a spa night and catch up. Relaxing time around the pool and nice facilities. Facial was very relaxing. The deal included dinner and breakfast and was very reasonable. Staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful across the hotel. Nice room (a bit too hot and unable to turn radiator down, but that's common.) We will definitely be back.

Amazing experience, large bed rooms, delicious restaurant, pool, steam room and sauna was highly maintained. The best part for me was the room had a water jet bath, which was an amazing experience.

Myself and my wife had full body exfoliate and massage treatment which felt very relaxing and the staff are very friendly throughout our stay.

Thank you very much, highly recommend !! When I’m back up Cambridge, I’ll be booking here again and ampule parking as-well, which is handy.

Great hotel in a nice location.

The room we had was very nice and was cleaned to a good standard before we arrived.

The gym has enough equipment to get a good workout in. All machines were clean and in working order.

The swimming pool and sauna area are all clean and functional. Pool temperature was perfect.

I had a back scrub and massage as part of a package, which was fantastic.

The restaurant has a small menu, but the food was tasty.

No faults in my stay at all.

Went for the spa and it was lovely, the treatments were nice. Had some confusion regarding the lunch ordering when we had allergies as some of the staff in the restaurant couldn’t understand them but all was fine. The treatments were great and the relaxation room was lovely.

This is a fantastic hotel and our family would love to go back! We stayed in a junior suite and it was so spacious and comfortable. The spa was great with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool. The gym had everything you could possibly need - even a stairmaster and skipping rope. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly.

I had an ultimate spa package that was a present from my daughter. With this I had a back massage, facial and pedicure. My beautician was Maddie and she was a lovely girl. My massage was absolutely brilliant however the pedicure was not really what I call a pedicure. My feet were filed slightly and paint on my toenails. A pedicure I have experienced before do everything from cuticles to hard skin removal aswell as nail maintenance. My facial was lovely apart from a few days after my skin felt tight and was shedding skin so maybe too much abrasivenes. The whole spa experience was good. Lunch was lovely and the use of the pool, sauna and jacuzzi was just what I needed.

Lovely suite. Very clean. Great place to stay with children. Loved the mini bar. Restaurant had a good menu and my dinner was fantastic. Good pool and spa facilities. Overall feel of hotel was very nice well decorated for Christmas with a beautiful tree in the entrance.

It was great experience. The spa staff were polite and informative. The water wasn’t deep and easy for non swimmers to enjoy as well. ||And Jess and Madeline who were our masseuse were especially great. Would recommend them again to anyone new to this spa.
