Arrived at the hotel and check in was easy enough, but the first room we were allocated hadn't been cleaned yet when we got there at 230. They were great at putting us in another room but the room was super cold and the shower was ancient, cold and noisy! We managed to put the rad on and get it warmer but the hard bed was to be desired too.
The transfer itself wasn't too bad, £5pp each way, so not horrendous. Driver was nice enough too.
On the way back collection from the terminal wasn't bad, collection of car was straightforward. Though when we got there, cars are rammed in everywhere, on the grass bumper to bumper and my car definitely looked like it had been off-road. I did look it over though and it seemed to be undamaged which was pleasantly surprising. However 5 miles down the road, I had to get recovered two hours back home due to a seized caliper and damaged brake pads, amount currently unknown. Their waiver also states they're not liable. So I'm not in a hurry to stay there again. Avoid.

We stayed the night before a flight which was adequate and cheap enough. We parked the car here and it was moved to somewhere behind the hotel. Transport to the hotel is £5 per person each way but a good service. We had a meal in the restaurant which was Greek food and very enjoyable. A very old building so you don't expect all mod cons.

AVOID - AGGRESSIVE & DISHONEST PEOPLE - I booked a car park with this company to go to Gatwick Airport and also booked their shuttle service, as my flight was at 6 AM.

At 4 AM, in freezing cold weather, they had two cars for the shuttle. I sat in one car, but the hotel staff told me to move to the second one. I agreed, thinking it would be in the same condition.

However, when I got into the second car, it was freezing cold because it had just been switched on. It was just me and no one informed me about this in advance about alternated / hearing issues. When I asked the driver to turn on the heating on my way to the airport, he said there was no heating due to an issue with the alternator. I told him I have a problem with the cold, but instead of being understanding, he became aggressive and even threatened to drop me in the middle of the road in complete darkness.

This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Avoid these unethical and unprofessional people at all costs!

Great experience at this hotel. Booked it to use London gatwick airport. Located in somewhat quite area but closer to London Gatwick and facility to park car whilst on holiday. Nice big spacious car park with cameras. Reasonably priced for London area, service was absolutely wonderful including airport pick up and transfer. Our flight was on time but it took us time to collect luggage from airport but hotel concierge service was great. Will use it again and highly recommend.

If you want hotel parking close to Gatwick at a very competitive price, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Easy to find, lots parking spaces, clean rooms with free toiletries and coffee/tea facilities and a very good Turkish restaurant. Only negative point was no hot water when we went to have a shower before leaving for the airport . Reception contacted maintenance but not fixed before our departure. Will definitely use again

Got to the hotel and checked in, asked what time we needed our transfer and was told that as I have a wheelchair, it is capable, that we couldn’t use the airport transfer and we would need to book our own taxi! This works out more expensive, had we known this we would have booked a hotel on site at Gatwick.
I have looked at the information on the website and it doesn’t say anything about unable to carry people with disabilities or wheelchairs.
Not a great way to start a holiday, really disappointed and made to feel like I was a problem and needed to sort it out myself. Would not stay here again, definitely not disability friendly.

Early morning flight so we found this hotel online, with parking for 11 nights the price was very reasonable. The food was excellent, Turkish menu. Which was delicious. We had a lodge room at back of hotel, very quiet. Very clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Booked this a hotel to sleep after a long 10h.30 flight. My partner and I were greatful for the hotel letting us access our room early. The hotel was clean towels and sheets good quality. We had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent, all the Staff provided good customer service and would us this hotel again 10 mins from the hotel.
