I've been seeing Shelly for massage for over a year now and I can't recommend her enough! I've been to quite a few therapists before and I must say I'm quite fussy 😅 most are too light for me which means that I don't get much of a relief for my tense muscles
Shelly is great though, her massage technique is very effective while not being too painful either.
