For some reason...? The manager had a sign up 'Staff only' at the till side, so we couldn't go through for my kids to watch the planes, there were other people in there, he said they were already in that area when I put the sign up. Loads of us with kids not happy as he wasn't mopping or doing anything in particular in there, just closed it off! It had only two families in there, there was loads of places we could of been sitting at watching the planes during out wait for our holidays.

Very cheeky, making a sandwich look full then when you open it half the sandwich is missing… we had two two like this so I assume they are all the same

Absolutely shocking level of customer service received at 8:30am on the 16th of October, so unbelievably poor we went somewhere else. The person working there needs to take a lesson in how to serve customers and how to be polite.

Partner in a wheel chair due to recent injury and went to park her at a table where some of our friends were sat (who had already got their drinks). Before I even had chance to sort myself out, the member of staff who was serving wheeled round and blared at us, "you can't stop there we aren't a waiting room". We fully intended to place an order, but her nature and complete lack of care at the fact I was trying to sort myself and my wheelchair bound partner out, made us just walk out.

I really don't think that I have ever received such an awful first contact in all my life. There is a way to address people and the member of staff working there had absolutely no idea what's right in the service industry.

Staff sullen no smiles or interaction. Commented only PG tips and not Yorkshire Tea which I expected as at Leeds Bradford airport. No response. Food also looked very unappetising. Tim of visit 14.50 Sunday 23 Feb 2025

Ordered a chai latte, was served coffee?! The staff member told me with complete confidence that I was wrong because "latte" means coffee. Fair enough they gave me a refund without a fuss, but it's wild that the staff don't actually know what a product on their menu is supposed to be. (Chai means tea, latte means milk)
