Firstly the gentleman on the host was very cheery and helpful. The rooms however, upon walking in there was a very pungent aroma. Went to use the facilities to find urine all over the toilet seat. Very off putting knowing this should have been cleaned before our arrival. Then it comes to the sleeping part. The mattress must be very old as I slept with springs digging in my spine n ribs all night and you sank into the middle. There was a night light in the corner that didn't go off at all. For someone who likes to sleep in darkness, this was very annoying indeed. I'm 46 and do not require a nightlight to go to sleep. A night light should be an option! £67 wasted in my opinion. All in all I will not be returning. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

My father is staying here in between house moves, the rooms are basic but clean and just what you need. Prices are reasonable and the staff will go above and beyond! I do recommend this place. Thank you for looking after my father, much respect! ?

Friendly, helpful staff. Couldn’t have been nicer. Room was ok. Bed comfy and everything clean. Perfect pet-friendly stay, right next to a lawn.|Thank you for a very pleasant stay, and making my friend’s dog feel so welcome. Would stay again.

Stayed here as paid for by the company I work for. Very American motel-like. Access to all rooms is directly from outside, so your door is straight out onto an outdoor path, so it can get a bit noisy and I was woken up a few times because of this in the night. Room was decent enough but very sparse. Amenities were ok and what you'd expect for the price. All you have to bear in mind is that it's a bed for the night, but saying that, the bed! I have honestly sat on more comfy bicycle seats. When all said and done you basically get what you pay for. Everything you need if you just need somewhere to stay, definitely not somewhere to stay for the pleasure or experience of it.

Although this place isn’t the nicest room the staff are fantastic and they go above and beyond to make the stay the best they can it’s cheap to stay and you get what you pay for … very basic and dated but the reception and cleaning staff are fab .. extra pillows .. loo roll quilts … nothing is to much they make this place. What it is and give you a warm welcome
