I couldn’t be happier with my purchase from Canada Spa company. From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch – friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The hot tub itself is outstanding – well-built, stylish, and incredibly relaxing. It’s become the perfect addition to our garden, and the hydrotherapy jets are a game changer after a long day. Delivery was smooth and installation was handled with care and professionalism. Highly recommend Canada Spa to anyone looking for quality and reliability!

Very happy with the speed of service from Canadian Spa UK, ordered filter cover and it arrived within 24hrs. Well informed. The hot tub is amazing, uses alot less electricity than our previous blow up tub and has many times the power and filtration. Just perfect A+++

Edit: the spa has now been fixed after multiple negative reviews and finally receiving a call from the owner. After three months of phone calls to customer service, where help was refused and the owner confirmed issues were not escalated properly, we got a proper engineer round who changed EVERYTHING in the spa and it finally works. Point to note - we were still in warranty, and secondly, five successive engineers neglected to fix the issue. We were told in the end that this was because Medispa engineers are rubbish. We had thanked CS and thought this was over, however the below response which contains complete lies (and which can be disproven through documentation, email comms and recorded phone calls) show how utterly appalling the customer service is. Would have removed this review and updated but for the complete falseness and insulting lies in their response.

Have had constant problems with our Kelowna since we got it. Waste of thousands of pounds. Constant phone calls, constant engineer visits, blown pumps, electrics not working, engineers telling us how terrible they are. Even the customer services guy says on the phone that there’s something wrong with it. Now fighting them and being ignored by Troy and others as it’s not fit for purpose and hasn’t been since we got it. We have been chasing for a response for almost a month now. Worst decision we ever made buying from Canadian Spa.

Nice enough product to begin with but then the jets broke after less than two years & they said it wasn't under warranty, loads of them broke & they aren't cheap, it was clear to me that they had gone brittle & were not fit for purpose but they refused the claim so I had to stump up for the replacements which have subsequently broken again. If you are willing to spend many thousands of pounds on a product then do your research & go with a company that stands by what they sell, Canadian Spa will not in my experience.

Really pleased to receive an after sales call from Canadian Spa to make sure I was happy after an initial issue with delivery of the wrong item by courier.

Would happily recommend. Relaxing evenings in the hot tub ahead!

Absolutely over the moon with our thunder bay hot tub. From the the very first call Paul was very helpful and recommend a hot tub to suit our needs and budget. Delivery organisation from Tony was spot on without any issues on the day from the installation team . I would strongly recommend the company 👍🏽

We have had two hot tubs from Canadian Spa and in all cases they have provided good value for money and fantastic customer service. Recently, we had an issue with the RCD power cable for our Gander Spa and Ali was very quick to respond and get a replacement sent out. The process of changing it was also very straightforward once you got the side off of the unit. I wish other vendors were as quick to respond!

First of all id just like to say many thanks to Tony who was so helpful, when I was deciding to buy a hot tub tony answered all my questions and any doubt's I had, the service was second to none absolutely brilliant on the day of delivery Gary who installed the hot tub was friendly and very professional and once the hot tub was up and running explained everything I needed to know very clearly top guy. me and my family love the hot tub my 5 year old is wanting to be in it all the time, I got the Toronto hot tub for my 50th birthday from my wife and I couldn't of asked for a better present its a fantastic product
