Amazing food, great staff, and a lovely place to have your five minutes peace. Food was delicious (halloumi wrap, chips and a drink for £6.00) and the service was brilliant (you get lots for an excellent price). I will be returning! The Manager I believe, went the extra mile and removed a wasp from me, that I had not even noticed. Brilliant service all around, and most importantly, a great cup of tea 🤣 thank you all.

Been coming here for years for take away cobs and always fresh, hot and tasty. Had a sit in breakfast today which was beautiful. Always friendly staff and fresh cooked food. If you want a posh cafe go elsewhere. If you want proper old school cafe with hot fresh food that’s not shoved in a microwave then come here and support your local small business.

Two of us called today for tea, we were going to eat as well. Unfortunately, the owner was rude and ignorant, immediately telling us, in a brusque and short manner, not to put our arms or fingers on the narrow counter glass top. His attitude was miserable and unfriendly. He stated that 'He's fed up cleaning it!' The next customer in line was leaning on it and chatting and not a word said. He was in dirty work clothes and knew the owner. We just drank our tea and left, never to return. The younger assistant was really good and helpful. We can't comment on the food, but the tea was nice. I

I left my car at the garage round the corner having it's brakes sorted and found this little gem of a cafe. I had the veggie breakfast and can honestly say it was one of the best breakfasts I've had. Cooked to perfection, loads of it and friendly staff. Looking forward to going back there next time my car needs fixing!
